Which NFL team is going to be the worst this year?

Every year has that one team where everything just goes wrong and they never get it together.  From the players, to the coaching staff, to management, or just simply having a difficult schedule.  A combination of the any of the above factors always leads to one, sometimes two teams just being absolutely dreadful.  Who do we think is going to fill the role in 2012?  Take a look at the past:
2011: colts/rams 2-14
2010: panthers 2-14
2009: lions 2-14 rams 1-15
2008: lions 0-16
2007: dolphins 1-15
2006: raiders 2-14
2005: texans 2-14
2004:49ers 2-14
2003: nyg/raiders/chargers/cards 4-12
2002: bengals 2-14
2001: panthers 1-15 / lions 2-14


scary to see that on paper. every year since 2001 has had a team go 2-14 or worse except in 2003. 

Now the million dollar question, whos going to be the nfl 2012 cash fade?

I'm thinking....JACKSONVILLE JAGS

New head coach, new OC, (Mularkey and bob Bratkowski)  Inexperienced and unskilled QB.  No real recieving threats.  A pissed off MJD who knows how much longer he can carry this team on his back?  an actually mediocre defense is their only bright spot aside from MJD.

Problem is, their schedule is actually not too difficult so i can see a 4-12 season being feasible.

OTher teams off the top of my head that seem to be in the decline or ready to hit rock bottom:

Cardinals, Vikings (pending peterson status), Dolphins

Schiano will be another in the long line of college coaches that have some success at thecollege level and fail in the NFL.

Also a degen Michfan here. Huge one.

I'm gonna go a bit off the radar here, and pick a team that nearly made the playoffs.

The Raaaaaiders. They lack stability in all of the most important places. Their best player can't stay healthy, and their fan base demands more than they can provide.

Colts are the obvious pick here.

I think the Colts too. They start off with Chicago and that defense should give Luck fits in his first game. Their schedule is not over powering, but by the time he gets some confidence, he will be facing Detroit, Tennessee, and Houston twice. they let some good receivers go that would have given him some great support. Look for them to take some more lumps this year. They were 0-13 at one point last year and are younger and less experienced this year.

The Browns are not favored in one early line through 16 weeks and they shouldn't be favored in week 17 playing at Pittsburgh. Taking second place was a tie between Tampa Bay, St. Louis and Jacksonville by being favored in one game this year. For third, Minnesota is favored in 2 games. Fourth is Indianapolis, favored in three games. The Browns have a bunch of young talent and could be tough in the 2nd half. I also think Tampa will surprise some people, and St. Louis needs to stay injury free, and they could compete as well as the Cardinals or Seahawks. The Colts have been stripped of talent, but they play Jac, twice,Cle, and Min, 3 of 4 at home.
