Afternoon my friends! Thursday 9/30 CFB ATM at OSU...

  I was on Covers yesterday and read quite a few threads, from cappers on this forum I respect, and I saw a lot of you were on to ATM, and I see the line has moved towards ATM also?  I have not seen ATM play this year nor bet on them, and I have had two plays on a play on OSU and won both. ATM as Im sure you guys know only beat Fla. Int by seven. Im thinking OSU would have rolled them! I understand as many of you point out ATM have a good QB, but does this QB or any other Aggie player counter what Kendall Hunter brings to this game? I see the public is overwhelming on OSU, and the line comes down? I am not sure why that is going on, but I really believe OSU is 3 pts better than ATM! I dont know what to think of such a high O/U. I was going to lay off tonight, b/c my winning percentage on single game nights is not good in the last 10 days, and action for action's sake can put you out the game quick.I gotta take the home team, and K Hunter ! OSU ML for 2 units! I feel comfortable with that anyway?  Might wanna fade me with my W % on one game days and last Saturday, as Texas, Bama, and Oregon hurt me! BOL this week my friends! PG

9/23 Miami / Pitt +3.5 over 49.5  This is a tuff game to cap for me, since yesterday I was reading threads and finally wrote one to find the Pitt backers!  At that point I had started leaning Miami, with the speed, and Harris coming into his own, but not s good as ESPN intimates. As they mention Heisman <not>, but he is a competent QB! I thank you for the response from you Pitt backers, more of you than I expected! Without getting long winded on this one; since I saw the Thursday play, I thought Pitt, and many of guys I respect vehemenently are on the Canes! I liked the overs the whole time also! I normally would lay off this game COMPLETELY, "but its action", and thankfully I am already playing with House Money, and Im not going to change my mind, its always BAD when I do that!! Im hoping Rex Graham proves he deserves to be starting RB ! Morning Guys! I have been checking out Miami at Pitt, and here's a little info to chew on!

Looks like these two squads are pretty evenly matched! Miami has more speed, and the PF and PA are very close. Miami  started the season at home playing Florida ATM and won 45-0, and went to Ohio St and lost 38-16. Pitt lost to Utah  24-27 and came home and beat "New Hampshire", 35-16. Sagarin has Pitt ranked 35 and Miami at 38. Both the AP and USA Today polls have Miami #19 , and Pitt getting a lot of votes and would be around # 29 if they went past 25! Miami's D is giving up an average of 378 yrds per game and Pitt's D is giving up 355 ypg. The RPI index has Miami at #18 with a 32.63 index and the SOS at  6, while they have Pitt at 31 with a 26.53 index and the SOS at 24. I have heard a lot of hype about Miami's QB Jacoby Harris, who is 54-34 for 442 yrds at 63%, and Damien Berry carrying the ball 22x for 139 yrds. Pitt's QB Tino Sunseri is 62-40 for 459 yrds at 64.5%, and Rex Graham has 90 rushes for 119 yrds, over 12 yrds a carry, and replaced Dion Lewis sporting 35 rushes for 102 yrds, only 2.9 a carry. On paper the line seems maybe a little high,  and a opening line of -1 or 2  seems more reasonable to me? Ya cant win em all, it is a FACT! I just started participating in the game threads, and it enjoyable, and quite funny at times! There is some good guys on Covers, and as I was reading threads for Congrats I saw vitreal, and anger, and ridiculous remarks? Some of the people you see winning and being overjoyed, and lose one game and spew frustration? Im thinking they dont have the money to lose, or are a bad loser? First if you cant lose it you cant play it! An old Bookie named Blackie told me when I was 25," Dont play what you cant pay"! It so classless to act like that! Win with humility and lose with grace! I have had a great start in CFB and NFL, and have posted 15 single game plays in college and pro ytd 14-1, and all 3 to 5 units, "knock on wood", NE was my first posted loss in a single game post, but juiced out! This is a tuff one for me to cap! Both NO and SF were under the total last week with the Saints first drive looking great, but had trouble moving the ball the rest of the game!  SF lost 31-6, but there D played better than the score reflected, and are a much improved team, and will be better this week after Singletary corrected the probs as he surely got on some azz ! I realize NO had 10 days to get ready, and I have NO -5 and over 43.5 in league, but I thought it was 48.5 until I looked? I feel I will go 1-1 and juice out, or get both! Im +110 for week 2 in the NFL, so Im taking the risk

WOW! I was on the ugly side of Cincy/NC St with the unders saving my azz! I was +12.1 units, and -$10 so Im at an even 12 units! I have Cal and S Miss picked in league, and I have only picked games in Laegue that I have bet on, beacuse its easier to keep my YTD ! I may lay off tonight, because Im seeing a lot of value tomorrow! But I like action, as we all do! I have played two nichol games, Zona, and the Ravens, won both, and I see a couple tomorrow that may warrant a play like that!!! BOL to all you guys, and hopefully I didnt lead anyone astray and cost you money with my Cincy pick! It is always a good idea to have your plays or leans prior to looking at the concensus or reading threads! I see a lot of you guys threads that I read, that are very good cappers on Nevada, or the overs in that game, and some on my league pick of S Miss! Im leaning Overs on SMiss for a play, but Im not familiar enuff with thses games to feel comfortable enuff to post a play! Hope everyone did well on Sunday! I went 9-5, and am oon the plus side, but I just knew by Boys could handle Washington? They better get there stuff together! What an irritating game with WV/ Marshall! After watching and seeing WV sucking, and the 40 yr anniversary of Mrshalls pane crash, with the announcers talking about I waved the white flag, and wanted Marshall to beat WV fot the first time ever! Then WV ties it up, and I just knew when it was going into OT with my Over play at 45.5 I would juice out on that game? But NOPE, and WBV won! Then My Houston play won, which I felt great about, but I never double up and try to chase! Today's card looks great, and I am liking  Ohio St more, but today is a new day and that $120 I lost last night will be overcome!!! BOL today friends, I need to shore up todays crad!!   I see a lot of te good cappers on here are on Minnestta, but I strongly feel New Orleans will cover significantly! That team won the SB! I remember they dismantled the Texans first string angaint first string 2 Qtrs, and Chase Danials came in and added some pts, understanding that was just preseason. I have read about the Vikings running ability ecetera, but I feel the Saints will put up TDs quicker and Favre will learn this is his TFL league! (Too Freaking Long). No I admire Farve and his abilities, but the Saints have a younger very talented QB and great offense also! I like NO for many more reasons! I scanned the RPI index earlier in the season than normal, but some interesting info! In Texas first gamme if Rice had not have got the non td - TD, it probably would have been a different game! I cant believe my first thoughts on that game were under and Texas probably wouldnt cover, as I told someone in a TEXAS/RICE discussion and darned if I took Texas?? Wyoming RPI Ranking is 25.32 and SOS is 140, played Southern Utah RPI way lower, and SOS 170, with Texas sporting a 53.36 with an SOS is 10.
