I complained and explained that it should be policy for customers to be explained what 10 times rollover meant upon taking any sign-up bonuses. They had a managers meeting and changed policy for the future-LOL. I guess a few e-mails explaining what happened change their way of thinking! Now all new customers will be notified 100% about what their responsibilities are upon sign-up. "Regular gamblers" probably knew all about this, but first-time ones did not! Ask and you shall receive I guess. They are not so bad after all and I retract my previous feelings and comments-good luck everyone

I plan to post this as frequently as I can get away with.
Their sports book is an absolute ripoff-they will cheat and make promises that they don't keep-sign you up for things that you don't want without your knowledge. Never use their service for your own good! I want everyone to know how bad they are to their customers

Guardian guarantee Corporation-a tremendous ripoff! Signed up for 10% free play, and they automatically gave one of my friends, a 50% bonus with 12 times the rollover-absolute disgrace to the industry. They won a couple hundred would not honor any of the winnings! Beware everybody-they suck big time!

I just tried to make a very small wager on Utah State pARLey and under and was told it was a restricted wager-not allowed. First time I have ever seen that in nearly 15 years of gambling on and off first time for everything, I guess. Can anyone explain this? Thanks, patriots
