After an ABYSMAL first week, I look to get of the schnide and make some cash this week.
TCU -11 (4 units)
Like the frogs here, they look pretty stout defensively and, well, virginia just wont be able to compete. Take this one!
UCLA +10 (2 units)
Defense dictates this game, that bruin front four causes much pressure against its adversaries, take the points in tennessee.
ECU +7 (2 units)
The pirates are a covering machine, I see the pirates coming out and keeping it competetive until the end, might even pull an upset in west virginia.
Minnesota -3 (4 units)
The beavers went into a raucus syracuse stadium and got suprised, here at home, THEY TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS. Plain and simple. They win by 2 TDS
USC -7 (10 UNITS)
One of my BIGGEST plays of the season. Matt Barkley makes his way to the horseshoe tonight, looks to me like he'll be getting ALOT of ringers. The buckeyes had a hell of a time dealing with the consistent run game of Navy, they will have an even tougher time against an explosive STABLE of backs. Look for SC to come out and suprise The buckeyes with play action VERY early in the game.If anybody can impart confidence to a freshman QB on the road, It's pete carrol. On the contrary to ESPN, I think Barkley has a HELLUVA GAME. This kid is GOOD, with 5 backs behind him, (the fifth stringer being the Number ONE rated high school RB in 2008), I believe he has the confidence to get the job done. I foresee both these great defenses showing up today, but I haave to give the edge to the faster and more talented trojans. I believe they will be too much for the buckeyes in the trenches and USC dictates this game. Trojans take this one at the horeshoe31-17
