Dwyane Wade and LeBron James Conspire to play in NY

For those that have read my post, you know I have insider info.

I reported that Pete Carroll was being chased out of USC weeks before the bowl game. When there was not even mention of it. Although it has been made to look like he was leaving for something better. My brother (a reporter for a sport illustration) had talked to USC boosters and they were tired of the (GOOD GUY) mr. friendly doing nothing basically with the best talent in the country. There was no reason with their talent USC should have fallen off like they did.

According to boosters... "It is not Fun anymore" Mr. layback needs to go. We need a pickup...

With that said... He is the latest one... These 2 happen to bump into each other in California. But wade defussed it quickly by telling the Florida sentinal :

With both the Heat and Cavaliers in the Bay Area to face the Warriors (the former on Wednesday, the latter on Monday), Dwyane Wade and LeBron James bumped into each other while shopping separately with respective teammates in San Francisco.

"We just saw each other around, shopping and things of that nature," Wade told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. "If someone took a picture, they might come out with a story, but there's nothing to it."

Why so quick to defuss you may ask ????

The story goes they had planned to meet up. With both coming to the end of their contracts, and James wanting a Championship really bad. He knows he has to couple up with another great player. he also knows that if Cleveland gets through the playoffs. THey still get beat by L.A.

My Brother talked to couple of friends of both of these guys...

i will be the first to endorse this story, but for a very different reason:

they would be stupid not to be trying to team up... that would be the deadliest 1-2 punch in the history of the NBA, but a mile! since they both came into the NBA i assumed that the two of them would be trying to find a way to end up on the same team going into the 2010 season...

i think it works like this...

priority 1 for Wade and/or Lebron is to team up with one another...

failing priority 1... priority 2 for both of them is to try to team up with Bosh...

wichever of them does not hook up with Bosh, will then be forced to try to get Joe Johnson AND Stoudemire reunited from their days in Phoenix, and team up with both of them just to keep pace...

that's how i see it playing out...

but again... 1st priority is a Wade-Lebron combo... which would be good for about 10 rings over the next 10 years...

if im one of them(wade or lebron) i would try to team up with each other for sure. me being from toronto is dreaming of a wade-bosh combo.

the knicks would actually look really nice with wade/lebron, which where they might end up along with amare.

Deadliest 1-2 punch in NBA history has gotta be Magic and Kareem. Lebron and Wade would be over-rated as a combo, because there games are too similar. You need scoring variety. Inside/outside game. How would you ever be able to sign a dominant big man with these two on the books.
