The debate came up the other day after over hearing that an 8 million dollar a year athlete tips 20% consistently at a restaurant he frequents.
I know many people will say 15% is industry standard and 20% is fine but when I get good service, which he must be receiving since he keeps coming back, then I typically tip a higher percentage. I make no where near the money that this guy makes.
What are your thoughts?

Finally some great news after a few tough days in the Gaming Industry.
