Fade the Pistons the rest of the year

You do and you will be up money from here on out. This team is an absolute mess again.

They had a good run there a few weeks ago and now they are in complete disarray. The are getting new ownership and it is obvious that no one on this team respects their coach or his staff and feels like they will be back.

Rodney Stuckey is becoming quite the cancer and it is affecting the entire team. From someone who watches all their games, I will fade them the rest of the year.

They have no desire to play hard; how else do you explain being up 15 in the second quarter and then trail by 2 at the half. Then score 28 in the second half? They definitely don't play defense, that is a formula for a fade.

Take it for what it is worth

Can you give us more insight. Do they all hate kuester. Is this about his inconsistent rotation? What about the Hamilton matter? Tayshon? The pistons under kuester remind me of the pacers under Jim obrien. Tell me more!

I am not in the locker, obviously but the way they have looked the last two days with their body language towards him on the court, in the huddle it's pretty bad. The new owner coming in is large too. Stuckey refused to go in the other day, sitting Hamilton, it's one thing after another. But their effort last night was the telling point for me. They just don't care. Obviously they are going to win a few here and there, but I am betting they lose way more than they win, ATS that it. Good luck

A season in which coach John Kuester has had public dustups with Tayshaun Prince and Rodney Stuckey, and a Kuester-Rip Hamilton saga that has kept a popular player on the bench, added another chapter Sunday night.

Kuester had words with Stuckey once again and with Pistons assistant Darrell Walker. The fireworks started with 54.2 seconds left in the 105-100 home loss to Portland (Detroit Free Press, Monday Feb, 14). The Free Press reported late Sunday night that Walker and Kuester were overheard in a heated exchange in the coaches' office, with Walker objecting to how he was being treated. Stuckey and Kuester had words when the coach met with the players about being ready to play no matter how long they've sat or what the circumstances were.

Starting tonight 2/16/2011

IND -1.5 @ Det

Indy is 8-0 ATS the last 8 versus Detroit.  Last nights game went to form (barely) and I expect them to play well and get the win against Detroit.  The fading has begun.

Indy -1.5

well, i bet the pacers based on your insight. but i agree with your insight. i read the detroit free press comlumnist. he said kuester's a good coach, but he's lost the team. tayshon prince is amazing, btw (non-sequitor). stucky did go in the last game late for defensive purposes, but he made faces. detroit caught indiana on a tough back to back in which they expended a lot of energy to come back from a 41-19 deficit to take the lead. indiana outscored miami in the middle two quarters 75-41. similarly, both indiana and miami both lost ATS last night. detroit has tremendous talent, nonetheless. i do believe kuester has to go. or, perhaps joe dumars has to go. what do you think. although we lost with indiana last night, i completely agree with you. i had more on orlando. wish i would've stuck with one play. well, only 10 more months to go! is it kuester or dumars?

pacers played a game before that night (lost to M heat 110-103) ouch. tired legs for a young team.
