Why are the Pistons laying points?

The Cavs have won both games so far and I haven't heard that anyone major is out.

High Total for NBA All Star Game

283.5!

Last years game had 291 points (which would have even been over this amount), 2010 had 280 (Over the 262.5 Total for that season but Under if this years Total were used), and in 2009 the game went just Over the 263 Total with 265 points and a dunk at the end gave over the win. But if this years Total were used that game would be way Under.

I know there is no defense but that is a 15.5 point increase on last years total of 268. In a season that started late (due to lockout) has had a shortage of games in which 100+ are scored by either team in that game (granted those aren't absolute defenseless like an All Star game) why such a big increase? Does Vegas want Under to win because Under hasn't won in a while (the entire time I've been on covers) or is this years All Star game going to be the highest scoring one yet?

Why are the Magic laying points?

The Magic aren't playing well and the Hawks match up well against them unlike last year. The Magic recent form doesn't impress me enough to make me believe that they steal a game on the road. Give me Hawks +1.5

I figured that since Miami will play it's scrubs the Craptors will win and cover -4.5, they only lost the cover by 22.5 points!!!!!

Whay are the Bulls laying 7.5 and the Lakers laying 7

The Bulls have the number one seed locked it and are 0-2 against the Knicks. The game is at MSG
I locked in the Knicks when they were +4 because I think they will win outright, but I hate having 3.5 fewer points then I could have.
The Lakers have lost 5 straight and have no interest until the playoffs begin.

Why are the Knicks laying points?

They have lost 5 in a row and 3 of those were against the Pistons and Bucks. The Bobcats aren't playing well either but did beat the Celtics in Boston and of their last 4 losses only one was bad (against Indiana). They are at home against a melting Knicks team that has been melting ever since acquiring Mello. Bobcats +4.5 will win outright.

I can't believe the Magic line went down

I locked in the Magic -1.5 and now I see that their line is -1.
The Knicks have been playing some awful ball lately with losses in 6 of their last 7 games. It's gotten to the point that Carmelo has even said that the Knicks situation may not improve this season. I can't see the Knicks being the Magic which makes this movement a surprise. I thought if it moved it would got the other way towards the Magic.

I can't believe the Nets line went down

I took the Nets with -3.5 and it goes to -3. It's true the Nets have blown big leads a lot recently but this is still the Cavs.

This sucks about the Suns

I took Phoenix -9 because I thought it would be a gift. This is before they went to triple OT. Now my confidence is lower and the line has gone down 1.5 points to -7.5
