This suxxxxxx

This stunk I had the Vikings +4.5 and that blocked extra point ended up causing my pick to lose. Now I'm at 0 again!
What a BAD break for me!

What on earth 0 runs after the 4th inning

After the 4th inning I was happy about being one run away from over 7.5 it was only a matter of time an inning or two. However i come back to see that 9 consecutive 0s appeared from the top of the 5th through the end of the game. This has got to be a night mare come true. I will never pick again! I won with the Dodgers -141 but the losing over pick takes more away from what the win gives which is why I am always in negative units but slightly over .500. If the 7th run had come in any form but that double play in the 4th inning their probably would have been more runs but an 8th run didn't score in that inning and it never came at all.

What on earth Stl/Hou under 7.5 and KC/CWS under 9

The Cardinals lead 2-0 after 7 innings and it ends up 8-0 with 3 runs in each the 8th and 9th innings.

The White Sox lead the Royals 4-0 after 7 1/2 and hit a grandslam in the bottom of the 8th that made it 8-0. That's okay KC won't score then they get 2 in the 9th (1 to make it a push and 2 to lose).
# these games every time i took over 9 in other Royal White Sox games they would go under with generally no scoring after the 8th inning. I'm FLAT OUT CURSED. # THIS GAME!

If it can go Over when I took Under it can go Over when I take Over thread

Last night Raul Ibanez hit a 2 run homer with 2 outs in the 9th inning to make it a 7-3 (Reds) result making my under 9.5 pick lose.
Today I took Over 9.5 and it's 6-3 in the top of the 8th.

WTH Ibanez Homers with 2 outs in top 9th ruins Under 9.5

Are you kidding me? ONLY WHEN I PICK UNDER DO I GET SCREWED LIKE THIS. Of all the things Ibanez has to hit a 2 run homer with 2 outs in the 9th inning. I have lost over picks that are 2 runs away from going over after 5 innings and 1 run or none get scored in the 6th inning and later AND now I lose a under 9.5 pick that had 2 runs after 5.5 innings.
It's bad enough that Under 6.5 is collapsing in the Nats Braves game, I can't even win an under pick with 1 out remaining in its game.

o/u total not listed on Rockies (Ubaldo Jimenez) vs Padres (Kevin Correia) game

Bet us has Over 6 at -130 and Under 6 at +110
However it's not showing on covers in the league champion game or mlb scoreboard.

Over/Unders are horrible!

I've taken unders in games with 2 good starters and they go way over. I take overs in games with 2 bad pitchers and they are scoreless through 7 innings and don't come close. The right picks NEVER WIN!
Today I had:
Over 9.5 Cardinals/Royals and Over 9 on Tigers/Braves because the starting pitchers on all of those teams are terrible. Over 9 Phillies/Blue Jays because the Philly bats have woken up. Over 9 on Mariners/Brewers because the Brewers offense has come to life. Under 9 on Cubs/White Sox since there are 2 good pitchers and weak hitting offenses. Over 8.5 Yankees/Dodgers because Burnett has been shaky.
Under 8.5 Red Sox/Giants since there is good pitching and 9 runs in that ballpark 2 straight days is too much. Over 9.5 Indians/Reds because the Reds because the Indians pitcher(s) is(are) horrible! Over 9.5 Rockies/Angels because Cook is awful on the road and Saunders is bad period.

Rockies or Dodgers score a run rally

I picked Over 9.5 based on feeling that the total was high with Monasterios and Francis starting that it would some how go over anyway. The Dodgers came back from 4-0 to take a 5-4 lead in the top of the 6th being capped off with a 2 run homer by Manny Ramirez. Now can either team score 1 run?

What on earth.... Nats

Nats +160 x5 loss -500
Over 8 -110 x5 win +500
Blew a 4-2 lead and lost 5-4 to the Giants. 5 runs is a huge amount for the Giants to score. They usually struggle to get 5 runs in a week!
This was the worse split. If the Nats had won and the game had gone under I would have gained 250 (800-550), instead I got 0 units out of that game and picked the wrong team to win each game (Nats on Tues & Thurs and the Giants with Lincecum on Wed)

If Det/Oak goes under 8 I've HAD it!

Last Sunday I had CWS/KC Over 9. The score was 5-2 after 5 and ended 5-3. Today I have Det/Oak Over 8. The score was 5-1 after 5 and is still that way after 6. Is it that hard to score 2 or 3 runs.

Posted Thursday, May 20, 2010 03:32 PM

Det/Oak Over 8

Both teams are starting pitchers that seem to be unreliable based on previous starts and usually don't make it through 5 innings. The Tigers are starting Jeremy Bonderman and the A's are sending out Tyson Ross.
BTW Game starts in 5 minutes.
Over 8 Great pick or trap?

I love the Yankees but..............

Why are they at -139 with Vazquez? This should go down.

This is amazing how fast the lines changed

I wagered the Flyers when it said Devils -108 Flyers +100
However after I submitted my wager it said Flyers -110 and the Devils side changed to +102.
If the Fkyers win I believe I get the same amount but if they lose i lose 110% instead of 100% of my wager.

I have over 8.5 for Cin/Pitt

Come on Pirates you got 3 in the 1st 2 innings and haven't scored sice and are losing 4-3. If the Pirates could score again it would assure over 8.5 of winning

Why did the accuscore heavily shift on TOR-DET

From 70-30 Det all the way to 53-47 Det. I was just about to lock in Pistons -2. I feel the Raptors are too injured, have no Defense and have given up. But whay would the accuscore suddenly shift 17% from a one sided prediction to almost 50/50?

I will never be good on survivor

I had been struggling for a while without as much as a 2 game winning streak. Then I got one with Syracuse vs. Providence under 167.5 and Virginia -5.5 but lost it with Northern Iowa -10 against Southern Illinois. Then I got back to 2 with Syracuse -5 against Cincinnati and Wake Forest -6 over Boston College. Then I was thinking about taking Baylor -2 but went away for while then decided to take it and when i submitted it it said -2.5. I said oh well the chances of them winning by exactly 2 are rare but in the end they did and my wait cost me another mini streak instead of a push which i would have gotten if i had decided earlier. It hurts even more because of the one pick a day rule!

Congratulations to those who win/I've collapsed in the last 3 days

Excellent job.
I've lost it 1 win in 3 days (12 picks).
I studied my picks extra carefully and still went 0-4 and a Push is no different then a loss. I am asking myself why do I even still pick if nothing is going to win?

The Hornets are BIPOLAR

They can't beat the nets by more then 4 when i picked -10.5
but they can beat the clippers by 14 when I took LAC +7.5

I can't get anything right

9-18-1 in my last 28 picks. I have not seen a 3 game winning streak since November. I used to be 10 games over .500 and now I'm only 1 over.
Most recently the Knicks -2.5 lose to the lowly nets and then somehow outright beat the Hawks -11.5. Then Houston -4.5 loses big to Air Force who they beat last year and now the Jazz -5.5 lose at HOME to the Nuggets who are terrible on the road. If the Spurs -3 don't win by 4+ against the Raptors I'm going to lose it. Thisn has become a disaster!

Laker pick changed

I selected the Lakers -12 against the nets and hit submit and now it says i took the Lakers -12.5? Something must be wrong!

Blues collapse double hurt my picks

I picked St. Louis -135 at the 400 level and under 5.5 also at 400.
The Blues were leading 3-0 and had a 3-1 lead after 2 periods. Instead of going on to win 800 from that game, they collapse with 4 Edmonton goals in the 3rd and cause a -980 loss, a -1780 difference! This comes one game after they won 1-0 at Detroit. Unbelievable and outrageous!

Iowa is my most disliked NCAAB team

A few days ago, I picked over 120 between Iowa and Northern Iowa and there were 100 points with 7 minutes left and somehow there were only 17 points scored in the last 7 minutes. Iowa lost 67-50. Because of how horrible they are I took under 128.5 between Iowa and Iowa State and it goes way over and with a 81-71 result my Iowa State -12.5 pick doesn't cover either. How on earth could this terrible team which I believe is the worst team in NCAAB improve by 21 points?

Posted Friday, December 11, 2009 10:59 PM

This is unbelievable

1-7 in my last 8 picks. I must be the worst player in this game. I hate Iowa they only could score 50 in their last game and make my over 119 pick lose, now they score 71 and only lose by 10 which made my Iowa State -12.5 lose and the game went WAY over 128.5 points and i lost an ultimate race pick too. This is frustrating I'm never going to win 2 in a row again let alone 7+.

Stupid bench

The Lakers were up by 25 with about 8 minutes to go. Surely covering  a -13.5 spread against the horrible Knicks is a sure thing, but no somehow it becomes a 10 point game. Not a 30 point game or even 20 but a 10 point game and a loss by 4 in the spread against the lowly Knicks after leading by 12 in the spread. What is wrong with that bench?

Sf giants blow 9th inning lead

Leading 4-1 in the 9th inning and let the D Backs tie it up.
Then they went on to lose in 12.

It was only a streak of 1 but bad losses like this is why I have made 97 picks and have never made it above 3. (44-52-1)

On another win streak game (sftc on espn) I took the Yankees over boston on Friday and they let the red sux tie it up with a HR with one out left, then lost in 11.
