so ur going by the season and not the last 3 playoff games where they allowed 39 pts vs the falcons niners and packers. None of those teams had great drives down the field all game. Pack scored 2 tds off questionable calls.  I guess u didnt factor in all the injuries the giants have had this season on defense and that osi and boley missed time. U seriously think baltys secondary is good? l m  f a  o    ed reed isnt the same player he was and their cornerbacks are average.

Eli if he wins this year will be 2-0 against brady in the super bowl and the only qb in the history of the nfl ( yes history) to win 7 straight road or neutral site games in the playoffs;. So yes he could be compared to him.

Now, that being said I do think the Giants defense is better, but ELITE? The secondary is fairly average at best. And the D line is above average. This is not the 85 bears by any stretch.
