UTEP has an awful defense that gives up about 200yds through the air AND on the ground. Tulsa will take great advantage of this, especially after having to face that underated defense of Boise. They may have a few more trick plays up their sleeve... Dont read into this line too much...I expect a blowout... TULSA 42 UTEP 17

Leaning on UNC-2.5
The thing I like about UNC is that they have a pretty tough defense and they just got done with basically a bye week by playing Georgia Southern. This is a bit of a fishy line to me. I would think FSU would be the favorite, even on the road. With all the injuries to both these teams. I expect a shootout. In the end, FSU's defense is just awful, and UNC wins at home. I know RUTGERS is 8-2 in the last 10 ATS in this matchup, but they just can not stop the RUN!! And what does Army do? They run. I think Army controls the clock in this one. Both teams will make a few turnovers...but Rutgers win in the end... RUTG 23 ARMY 20
