Today Is Sunday, And The Yankees Have The Best Record In Baseball...

...just days later after someone said they won't even make the playoffs because they were slumping so badly. I guess it's a bad time to mention the Rays are currently slumping.

2-2 -0.42

So...my easiest play yesterday was the A's, who I had the least amount of confidence in but it won because I selected it due to the line looking off. So...let's try that again. But...I'll try to give some reasoning being it, like pros and cons, so that it gives some info that you could use. Some don't do that...I choose to. So...Anyway, on to today.

Blue Jays
No way do the Rays get swept. Not a chance. The line is this low? Only 120? Sign me up...right? Well...the Blue Jays have something different to say about that. Morrow has pitched very well at home. He has a 3.25 ERA in Toronto and is coming off a poor start against the Yankees. Good spot for him to bounce back. He's faced the Rays twice this season and he's 1-1 with a 2.08 ERA. His win was at home and his loss was on the road. Sonnanstine is pitching for the Rays. He's taking the mound for the first time since going on the DL. This is also his only start of the season, so don't expect him to throw that many pitches. The Jays bats have also been hot. They've scored at least 8 runs in 5 of their last 10 games including that 17 spot they put up yesterday. So, while they're hitting .293 v righties in their last 10 games, the Rays are only hitting .203 and are on a 4 game losing streak. Obviously that has to end sooner or later, but this may not be the right spot. The Rays lead the season series 6-5 so it's time for the Jays to tie this one up.

I'll update lines/prices later.

BOL All. Have A Great Day.

the NYY haven't been hard to read this year.

after a few weeks , the pattern became kinda obvious.
bet them to win R/L with Sabathia / Pettitte / Hughes ...especially if they are coming off a loss the day before...or that pitchers previous start

unders with Vazquez / Over with Burnett.

Any other starting pitcher for NYY ,..bet the opposition...or sit out.

has worked well for most of the year.

Lately . i've been waiting for the opposition to score first , and then i put a live bet on NYY to win.

there have been some games where their price has been ridiculous and i've sat out those games.....

but i've had many many bets on NYY this year , and i've have been very happy with the outcome of most.

as long as you haven't been betting on NYY M/L or R/L  with AJ at the mound....it's hard to be unhappy about the NYY from a betting perspective.

as a bucco backer i think maholm pitches very well today, these pirates are young and scrappy, there weekend home crowds have been great too, i think they put runs up early today

Very solid write-up

I have only 2 problems with backing the buccos tomorrow.  1.  I'm wondering how much they partied tonight after that EPIC win (I had the over, pirates, and TT over for fireworks night of course) and the fact that it is a day game doesn't help that cause, and honestly, I don't see John Russell telling them not to have fun.  2.  A lot of questions about their bullpen right now, Hanrahan has to be the guy to step up and he hasn't done a good job in his last 2 appearances.  Every other arm is questionable.  I would look at the first 5.

Its funny how you say that there is 50/50 chance you get a good start from Maholm because it sounds ridiculous and like you are talking yourself into a bet, but you're exactly right.  Hot and cold.  If he shows up tomorrow we should win... if

Good luck, LETS GO BUCS!  I love this team, it is going to be an amazing next few years watching these young studs develop.  Nothing better than an underdog...

Yankees -120
Risking 1.2 units to win 1 unit

Burnett was -135 or so. Why is Moseley -120 and not closer to even?
