Yeah, I couldn’t believe it either.
Of all the QBs in NFL history with at least 5 seasons as a starter no one has a higher QB rating than Tony Romo.
I knew he was better than his haters would have us think, but I wouldn’t even have thought he’d be in the top 10.
Playoff wins or not, clutch or not, rings or not that’s still pretty impressive for a guy that a lot of people seem to think sucks.
Knowing this stat I don’t think any objective person can pen Dallas’s lack of success getting to and playing in the postseason all on him anymore.

I got these stats from an email a friend that lives in Denver sent me.
In their first 8 career starts:
Team W-L:
Elway = 3-5 Tebow = 5-3
Passing Yards:
Elway = 1,041 Tebow = 1,281
TD-Int:
Elway = 3-10 Tebow = 10-4
Rushing Yards:
Elway = 92 Tebow = 550
Rushing TD:
Elway = 1 Tebow = 5
No, no one is saying Tebow is or will be better than Elway. It’s just amusing how “the worst QB” in Denver history has done better in his first 8 starts than the best QB in Denver history (who also happens to be the same guy that publicly bashes him and gives him backhanded compliments).
