I live in ST Louis. That doesnt make me a fan, in fact I dont care either way about the Rams, never have, never will. However, what that does mean is a see every single game they play. They have made mistake after mistake from Martz not staying at offensive coordinator to letting Warner go.....anyways.....
The 2010 draft was a HUGE opportunity to turn this franchise around pretty quick. How? By using the #'s 1,33,65,99,132,135,170,211,226,254 to hope to hit the jackpot?
NOOOOOOO
Drafting Bradford #1 wont help the Rams because their isnt anybody to protect him and even if they do, he has no one to pass to.Soooooo.....
Trade the #1 pick for another teams 1st and 3rd round, possibly another late round pick and an established receiver.
Trade Stephen Jackson while you still can and he is still valuable. I just dont think that he will ever be the back the Rams need. Get another teams 1st round pick(if possible), a 3rd round pick and/or a veteran wr.
Now with 2 1st round picks (best case scenario), draft CJ Spiller and Dez Bryant.
With the 33rd pick, take Mccoy. I think he has just as much chance of making it as Bradford.
With the next second round pick, get Arrelious Benn.
Next, take Dwyer or Hardesty (hell, get both if you can)....
Now with the rest of the draft picks, select offensive and defensive line and a corner or 2 or safety.
Instead of the 10 picks they have now, the Rams could have close to 15 picks with 5 or 6 in the 1st 2 rounds.
So, all the rams would do is replace Bradford for Mccoy and let Spephen Jackson go. I'm sure the Mccoy haters will hate this and will the Spiller haters.
Now I know a bunch of rookies is not a good idea usually. The wrs will be fine and I think Spiller would adjust. Mccoy played at Texas for 4 years, its not like the kid cant play or hasnt been under pressure before.
Its not like the Rams could get worse.
Ok boys, let me hear how stupid I am
