I won my Week 2 matchup 103.84 to 62.20. I'm now 1-1 on the year.

At the last minute because I was going to be on the road and did not want to risk it, I took out Steve Smith, and inserted Lance Moore. That was a mistake, as Moore was a big disappointment, scoring just 3.00 points, while Smith would in fact get the start and would go on to rack up 10.40.

Offensive Standouts were:

QB RG3: 28.44 points

RB Ben Tate: 21.70 points

TE Tony Gonzalez: 13.00 points

WR Percy Harvin: 11.70 points.

Offensive disappointments were:

WR Lance Moore: 3.00

RB Chris Johnson: 2.80

RB Darren McFadden: 4.10

That's now back to back weeks that both McFadden and Johnson have soiled the sheets for me.

Here is this week's starting lineup, and my current bench:

QB: Robert Griffin III

RB: Ben Tate

RB: Darren McFadden

WR: Percy Harvin

WR: Hakeem Nicks (Nicks' would turn out to be instrumental in the Giants big fourth quarter rally last week, and I sure wish I had him in my lineup; he finished with 199 receiving yards, and 1 receiving TD)

TE: Tony Gonzalez

W/R: Steve Smith

K: Nate Kaeding

Def: Jacksonville Jaguars

Bench:

RB: Chris Johnson

QB: Peyton Manning

WR: Robert Meachem

WR: Lance Moore

TE: Coby Fleener

WR: Justin Blackmon

My opponents lineup this week:

QB: Aaron Rodgers

RB: Adrian Peterson

RB: DeMarco Murray

WR: Eric Decker

WR: Brandon Marshall

TE: Owen Daniels

W/R: Reggie Wayne

K: Matt Prater

Def: New York Giants

So what do you guys think of this week's lineup? (to compare it to last week's, click >HERE<.)

Would you change anything?

Your help has been greatly appreciated, and I'm looking forward to more of your input. Hoping to move to 2-1 this weekend!

I seriously hate having to watch individual players. Never fails, the guy I don’t play (last week I made the stupid mistake of playing Cam Newton over Eli Manning) sucks. I want something that will let me bet, but that doesn’t suck. A friend told me about Bragstr, do you guys know anything about it?

First, you'll be lucky to win this week with that line-up. I'd put any of my 15 teams against you and win this week. RGIII will do well, but DMF and Tate will be lucky if they get 10 pts combined this week. You should go to the waiver wire and pick up Andre Brown. Smith, Harvin, and Gonzalez will do well, but Nicks is questionable if not out altogether. You can get LaFell off waivers there. Kaeding will be serviceable, but there are several on waivers who will post more points. Jacksonville will be a big disappointment as Luck is starting to get that offense clicking. You could get several units off waivers that will do better. I don't put very much stock in those projection numbers the sites post. They were way off on most players this past two weeks. You need to get to know how certain teams match-up with other teams and adjust accordingly.

Phat1pc: I guess you missed my opening post. Here is the first paragraph:

I have always been fascinated by "Fantasy Football", but have never had a chance to participate in a pool because of my career.

For the first time ever, I've been talked into playing in a league this season. I have never played before. I have never studied any of the strategies. I am as "green" as you can get.

I'm hoping that by sharing my experiences (both my successes and failures), that we can learn together.

Please feel free to make any comments, or give me some help or suggestions.

Phat1pc: I am not pretending to know anything. I have clearly stated that I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to Fantasy Football. Thanks so much for your positive contribution though.

Jungle_Kat: Nicks is out. I have had to juggle my line-up a little bit, and will give you the full run down of what I did on my next update on Tuesday of next week. I agree with almost everything you've said, and will address some of what you said at that time. Thanks for your input.
