Yah that team is really bad and you need to drop a lot of those guys.  Not sure how the others in your league are and who's left but I would drop:

C Ivan Rodriguez: if C Russell Martin is available grab him, if not look for Alex Avila or Nick Hundley.

3B Ty Wigginton and SS Jhonny Peralta: if Placido Palanco or Jed Lowrie are there (probably not) grab them, if not Maicer Izturis, Chipper Jones, Stephen Drew, Ryan Roberts, Asdrubal Cabrera, David Freese, Mike Aviles, Danny Espinosa are guys to look at.

Drop OF Andres Torres, U Hideki Matsui, and 1B Derek Lee: OF Jeff Francoeur, OF Sam Fuld, OF Brennan Boesch, 1B Ike Davis, 1B Gaby Sanchez, 1B Mitch Moreland are guys to look at.

You really only have 1 closer (Broxton), so I would drop RP Joe Nathan (just lost his job in MINN), RP Evan Meek, RP Mike Gonzalez, and Fernando Rodney (lost his job in LAA) and look for: Kyle Farnsworth, Jordan Walden, Mitchell Boggs, Drew Storen, or Ryan Madson.

Drop SP Carlos Zambrano: Jaime Garcia, Kyle Lohse, Matt Harrison, Michael Pineda, James Shields are guys to look at (might want to grab 2 SP).

You are right that he is my best hitter right now, but no one is hitting in baseball right now. Weather has sucked ass and my bats will wake up. How don't you think the trade helps? I pick up  2 bats and a closer. Yes, I did give up Roy but I have to give to get no?

None of those closers are available that I listed?  Sergio Santos is another guy you can look at (could be taking over the closing job for CHW).  

You got to get rid of Pudge (he's just terrible)... none of the C available that I listed?  If not, who is cause Pudge has to go.

Make sure when you look at available free agents don't just use preseason rankings make sure to click the button that updates to current rankings.
