cannabis as a forced treatment inside the most violent prisons in the US,
I am serious,the debate is that this is a safe substance that makes people relax,so through a controlled situation like a prison where people tend to go nuts on other people I think it's the perfect place to conduct some good social experiements and see what conclusions can be drawn,
If the violence rate went from say an incident a day down to below 100 per year would this be evidence enough of the hypothesis
to consider unleashing it into society,
I believe this is a political argument but if this is considered by the power that is to be the wrong place for this
do with it what thou will

I don't really want to give my opinion on what I see so as not to sway towards one thing or another, but I will say this shot convinces me 100% that the collapse was not as officially reported
