Two of the NBA's great scorers (Stoudemire and Anthony) coming from teams where help defense was an afterthought. Watch the over roll in.

Teddy Covers.
I have a house in Las Vegas and split my time between there and New York. I was fortunate to be able to meet him and sit down for a conversation with him.
Great guy, humble, laughs at himself and dedicates his life to sports gambling.
He is on another phenominal run (27-4) documented on another site and in my opinion the most complete handicapper in the business of the three major sports.
In a field littered with scum, he is the real dea as far as touts go.

The reality is that roughly 95% of all gamblers lose $ consistently over long periods of time.
Once you lose youre first dollar, you spend a lifetime trying to make it back.
For a variety of reasons of which i wont bore everyone with, we have heard it all before.
The point i am trying to make is that the small % of those that do make $ consistently are the ones that can avoid all of the negativity and maintain a clear focus on the task at hand.
For those that bash the few good winners on here, cry over bullpens, bad beats or tail hot handicappers at the wrong time, losing is inevitable.
All that consistently whine about bad bullpens, bad beats, and make a post about how the Cubs "suck", well hello, why are you placing hard earnd $ on them if you knew that before the game started? Public team that has been bad for many years = losing.
Lastly, so many guys on here complain of being cursed by the gambling gods, having the worst luck and almost never winning close games. My advice, maintain a list of two columns, good and bad finishes.
We always remember the bad ones and store the winning ones in our mind as good handicapping...
This business is all about being able to maintain emotions and move on from a bad loss without prejudice.
To those few that win consistently and share winners, you know who you are and i salute you for being able to ignore the negativity, and for the bashers that have inf... [More]

Baseball is the most unpredictable sport and most difficult to make $ at on a consistent basis, and by that i mean from one season to the next.
Favorites win nearly 70% but if you lose on a -145 fav. you need to win 3 of youre next 4 to make a profit in that span, no easy endeavor to say the least.
Curiously not many bet the totals which are more fairly priced but also tough to guage with bullpens containing so many minor league talented pitchers.
Maybe i am wrong, there are some good cappers on here no doubt.

Currently the seven national league teams with the worst records are a combined 0 for their last 27 games.
Baseball is a game where you want to ride these streaks both good and bad (W-L).
I noticed many in the forum on the Nats today. "You need to see it with your eyes" before you can be reasonably sure they are ready to win.
That team has a horrid pitching staff and one of the worst defensive teams since their inception.
