This guy is a stud and either the Knicks or the Heat need to sign him. Maybe even the trailbalzers. Felton has proved he can pass the ball extremely well along with knock down the open jump shot and even a few 3's with a good FT%.
Raymond Felton is a strong basketball player and can play great man to man defense. If either NY or Miami decide to sign him I think that will put these teams over the edge to make a championship run.
