At the end of the day rings talk

Everyone saying that Lebron legacy will be tarnished is forgetting how quickly we all forget. Jordan was pegged as a scorer who would never win a title. We all forget, and I'm pretty sure some of us said it(I'm too young to have said it but it might have been me). Kobe was one more championshipless year away from being a joke. You wouldn't know it from listening to his fanboys. The Celtics were supposed to be a 45 win team after they added Allen and Garnett. Now we all saw there championship potential coming. It goes on and on.

If Miami wins championships people are going to respect the ring. If they win 70 games people who said they could never win a title will be saying I told you.

Revisionist historians get ready to do your thing.

No one ever said anything about Jordan being just a scorer. Please show me where people said Kobe was ever a joke. Come on, you are making shit up now.

I disagree.  If Lebron is to win a title with Wade and Bosh he will forever be rembered for the guy who had to join Wade to win it as he couldn't do it in the 7 years previous.

Yes sir.   MJ was winning scoring title after scoring title after scoring title.....and the HATERS said he would have to pass more.....a scoring champ cannot be a NBA champ......HATERS have always been around for the longest........goggle it and type 1980s and you should get some hits.

No all star in the league could win on that Cleveland Cavalier roster.

Folks forget that LB J was drafted #1 by this terrible team and franchise.......and single handedly turned the franchise around but yes he (and everyone else for that matter) needs to play alongside another all star to win a title.

It doesn't matter....people will only remember that he had to join Wade to win a title.

Also, in general, it seems like when a Superstar doesn't win a title, it's usually accompanied with "he never had anyone" and if one does it is, "how could you not win with...."  Or something to that nature.

I am no expert but the only way James can try and win multiple championships is ONLY with Chicago at this time. LA has set the bar so high with size and length, especially with 4,5 positions. Any other team he goes will prolong his chance of a championship. James is a beast of beasts, he is generations ahead of his time, but he is so different from Jordan. His greatness came from beating the game with his mind as it seemed, one thing very few can master and that will never be Lebron, sorry folks....

Nothing like being called the King and having to go to another man's established castle to try and win.

That's true Cal Bear.

But there is also something else going on with LBJ

I think it is HATIN

He will be hated on no matter what

If he stays in Cleveland.......HATE......he is to loyal....had a chance to go somehere and win and did not do it........he stayed in cleveland to get the money

If he goes to Miami.......HATE.....see your comments and other threads in this forum.......he is now wade's sidekick (nonsense b/c he is a better player than D Wade)......he can't do it by himself

If he goes to Chicago....HATE....he will never be MJ....he cannot live up to what Chicago expects of him

If he goes to New York.....HATE....he is trying to be a billionaire

Heck, folks are HATIN on the fact he is raising money for a charity with his announcement.......

No matter what LBJ does he will be HATED ON

For reference to Kobe see ESPN playing grain clips of Shaq "Tell me how my ass taste" after the loss.

If you are going to state that Jordan was never criticized before he won title as solely a scorer then you can't talk on this forum until you go back and do some research.

If you're proclaimed as the best and you don't win people will criticize. Its how Lebron averaged 29, 9, 7 shot 50 percent and was called a choke artist.

Cleveland can't help him. I want the great player to be recognized as what he is. One of the most productive players ever. He's not a guard, so he is not a creator as almost man of his size is. Guys that big are supposed to physically dominate and leave the jump shooting to the short guys. But dumbass haters criticize him for being physically dominant with no guard help.
