I'd like to get the league set up before the season starts when will I be able to do this? will I have to wait untill the opening day lines are out?

This experiment ends when I either go broke or double my money
I am starting with $1000 and my units will be $10 (to risk on dogs and to win on favs but I dont expect to many dogs)
I will bet MLB and NHL
I wont stop chasing till Im broke
eg. if my average bet is -150

7 losses in row and Im toast
so basically I need 100 wins before I lose 7 in a row
