seems like only yesterday we were wrapping up the NBA playoffs with a crazy run. get that prep work done so we can have another profitable season. looking to play more sides this year. just wanted to touch base with some friends since i've been traveling most of the summer and making loose change on MLB. looking forward to killing the books again this NBA season.

Back to work Monday. No number set for this game yet but I have a very viable buy-in number @193. This is a very realistic number that the books could release. I'm thinking even a higher published number. Give it to me and I will buy the under @ 193+

this is like the slot machines near the entrances of the casinos. It's programmed to pay out and draw you in deeper into the VOID. first game on a monday just to get you hooked for the rest of the week.
The thing is...this is actually good value @189...I'm still shopping

This thing is so OFF. The public is so crazy with PHO and their new "old style" run and gun, no defense.
...did you know that since 1995...no SAS has ever had a total of 220+
O/U is 3-13 when the total is 210+
throw in that SAS is at home O/U 1-7-1 when total is 210+
I see in some books that it's 220. this is like a broke alcoholic waking up with a full bottle of vodka in his hands...

Line isn't out on Denver at Detroit yet but this is the matchup I have my eye on. I'm hoping Vegas throws us a bone here since the rest of the board isn't presenting much value.
I'll be watching the Memphis at L.A. Lakers line movement overnight. It's a stretch but like I said, there isn't much O/U value on the board. Worst case...I'll take the day off.

Since I'm a C's homer, I started capping their game first. Here's what I got until I stopped because I realized there isn't going to be any value no matter what spin I put on this game.
BOS@UTA
if total is less than or equal to 195
Over is 6-1 last 7 between these 2 in UTA
195-200
Over is 1-0
Greater than or equal to 200
Over is 2-2 BUT......UTA is 4-0 SU and ATS
this season
UTA is perfect home dog 1-0 SU and ATS
UTA vs ELITE (.700+) teams Over is 5-2......2-0 when total is 200+
BOS vs .500+ teams as road favs 5-1 SU 4-2 ATS O/U 0-6
STOP...
There is an angle for some though...I think this is a perfect time to fade my beloved C's and chase the fade the next 4 games. UTA as a home dog has a little value. I don't play the chase but I know some people do. There's a nice b2b situation on the 22nd and the 23rd where DEN catches them on the tail end. This is by no means a recommendation. I'm just throwing this out there. If I were to chase anything, which I won't, I'd chase the under starting with UTA.
I looked at SA/DET...another home dog situation where there isn't going to be any value in the total.

This season on a WED where there's a home dog and the total is over 200.
BTW- that home dog is 9-1 ATS in the last 10

The lines are starting to tighten up on me. I've been collecting 2H data and been playing for a few weeks now. I've posted some 2H plays the past few days and the results have been positive.
