I, BigBozo, Solomly Swear NEVER to wager ON Washington for th rest of the season.
 
One of the Cardinal Rules of Wagering is "Never ask a Bad Team to do Good things!!! And in this case, we are asking them to beat a good team. When we keep doing that, we deserve to keep losing because Washington is pitiful!!
 
Even by some miracle should they pull this out, this is a promise!!!

Okay, Mrbator, is there a prize for coming in second? We don't need the money right away as we have LAA+150 in first 5 innings and a small play for the game. We have a hunch you are on this for the same reason we are betting against a team with a new catcher in the middle of the season.??? We're from Missouri and till the NYY show us which pitcher Pudge can win with, they will be a go against as home favorites!!!(I know the game is far from over and a 10-2 lead could blow up, will test this old rule again adn bring out the chanpagne early!)

 

Detroit got Farnsworthlessness and put Todd Jones on the DL. He can't do any worse and only has one way to go and that is up!!!

Its not if they are a bad team...its how bad they are playing...ie KC vs Oak.  KC the 'bad team'  just swept a team 'playing bad'.  Alot of value there, the Nats last couple of years despite their horrible record have actually been proffitable.  Look for the value in certain spots but certainly not against a first place team.  Remember even the bad teams win over 40% of the time.

Yes we are, there are three of us, me, myself and I, but that doesn't make us bad people does it?.In fact it comes inquite handy when you lose and are looking for someone to blame!

You are quite right, but without Nick Johnson and some other key players they really are a feeble bunch.

Disclaimer: We do plan on betting against them, and that should be good news to those betting on them when they wake up and beat us!
