loooooooog frkn honeydo list today...breakfast first!!...lean porkchop boiled & eggwhite omelete with red onions, grn pprs, & hott ppr jack chz...spicy "low  sodium" V8.........YUMMMM!!!

I have a 1/3 cup of Fiber One on the way to work, then at work I have 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg, 2 strips bacon, mushrooms, onions, and spinach...

 

No V8 for Bake though
