Everyone wants to try and get opinions on the ASU vs Oregon game tomorrow. Thats fine but after looking closely at it honestly i can see it go either way. I like ASU first half and Oregon second half but I'm steering clear!
***Houston VS. SMU***
Line opened at Houston -5.5 and has dropped to Houston -5 with 59% of public on Houston. Let me compare some current season stats for you and let me know who you would pick....
Houston has the 11th ranked offense in NCAAF compared to SMU with their 89th ranked offense.
Houston's passing offense is ranked 6th while SMU is ranked 110th in NCAAF.
Houston has the 44th rushing offense while SMU has the 101st Rushing offense in NCAAF.
Total Defense has houston ranked at 104th and SMU ranked at 73rd. The difference between the two is 0.2 yards/carry, 60 yards/game and they still have 1 less TD on the year!!!
SMU ranks 101st in rushing offense and Houston ranks 44th in rushing offense.
SMU has the home field advantage here but its not like its a far trip from houston.
Houston is 2-0 in conference with both wins coming by 21+ points and SMU has just come off an embarrassing loss to Tulane, one of the worst teams if not THE worst team in college football...SMU got embarrassed and i dont expect much of a fight i think they start tumbling downhill. Houston on the other hand has the conference title in their sights and will air the ball out in this game to win by double digits.[More]

This is my first post so be easy on me. I see a lot of people leaning chargers for tomorrow night and I figured I would break this game down. Let me know what you think. The line opened at broncos +3 and has moved a full 2 points to broncos +1 with the public 67% on the broncos as they should be in my opinion. The chargers are 20th in the league in passing defense which is exactly what you need against Peyton Manning and the Broncos 5th Ranked passing offense. Sure the Chargers have the 5th ranked rushing defense but the broncos have the 4th ranked passing quarterback in the nfl! The broncos look like they have a clean bill of health while the chargers are a little banged up. Tackle, Jared Gaither and CB Shareece Wright are both doubtful and WR's Eddie Royal and Malcom Floyd are both listed as questionable! If they dont play rest assured the broncos will unload havoc on the chargers passing game. In terms of coaching i would have to give the edge to the broncos. In terms of quarterbacks i would have to give the edge to the broncos. The only edge i will give the chargers is they are at home! The broncos schedule has been one of the more difficult schedules in the NFL thus far. Dont be fooled by their record they have been increasingly better from week to week! While the chargers were getting murdered by atlanta and losing to a horrible saints defense the broncos were losing heartbreakers that went to the last minute to arguably the 3 best teams in the nfl. Atlanta, Houst... [More]
