Note: When these old enemies met two weeks ago, the Johnnies were absolutely embarrassed at Madison Square Garden, falling behind by 23 points in the first half and suffering the indignity of a 67-51 pasting in front of a silenced New York City crowd. Now it's payback time.

Head coach Steve Lavin watched his very young St. John's squad struggle to a 9-7 start but they're putting it together now, currently on a 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS roll following Wednesday night's defeat of DePaul. The visitors also find themselves in a solid winning situation here: in Georgetown's last 13 games against Big East foes seeking same-season revenge, the Hoyas own a lousy 3-9-1 ATS mark, numbers that look even better when we note that St. John's has won and covered three straight in this series when the Red Storm own a winning record and they're looking to get even for an earlier defeat. With G'town currently a mediocre 3-5 ATS at home this season after revenge win of its own over Seton Hall, the points become the play.
