Can Vikings lose back-to-back games?

Cause I am really liking the Packers ML at home here. Could be the biggest bet of the week for me. I've seen good teams lose back/back games all the time....look at GMEN, they were a perfect 5-0 til Saints, Zona mopped them up.

I know BF is playing in his old backyard but I can see GB beating them by a TD at home. This will be a grudge match IMHO. GB have gotten better by the week even though they are playing cupcakes but they have shut down their opponennts. I've chalk GB against Detroit/Cleveland and cashed nicely so I am looking to continue the bandwagon here.

Should I get off their bandwagon???

Any thoughts???

You are rarely right about anything and this is not one of those times.  Finally got to the library I see

I'll admit that he should have caught it, but the throw was a little high. Favre was under a lot of pressure though. MD you are so gay.

not a chance...the packers are not a good football team. If they don't score on a 50yrd+ TD pass they don't score. They have no running game and a trigger happy qb that can't check down and sustain a drive.

Peterson runns wild on a piss poor run defense, Favre and Rice connect for about 170 yrds.

Won't even be close!! Minnesota by 2 scores - Rodgers gets another cheap TD at the end of the game to pad his stats since he can't win in the league.

Definately thought that they would both split a game, Minny wins at home, whih they did, and now GreenBay wins at home!!

Who cares about Farves 4th quarter comebacks this year and thus far, what did that win?. We'll see as the season wears on homeeee, and as for Warner, he turned what should have been a routine play for him into the longest int return in Super Bowl history.

Your awared points for insults, feel better?

Favre will wax that ass.  -3 is an evil line and I will be heavy on the Vikings.  Favre will not drop this game and will not lose two straight.  Good luck boys!

Minn plus 10 teasers are the sucker bets of the week.

Green Bay will chip on Allen or put another tight end on him, thus making Henderson and the other lb cover receivers in space or try to cover them in zone formations.  A fucking huge mismatch.  Remember a few eeeks ago when STL kept martching up and down the field but then turning it over 3 times inside the ten yard line.  That is because they found out the weakness to this team's defense.  The Minn lb are not good in pass coverage.  Eliminate their best cb, Winfield (my fav player), and you have a recipe for disaster.  Green Bay defense will make adjustments and load the box and cause Favre to throw quick slants.

Green Bay by 14 points

You clearly don't watch Packers games.  As a big Packer fan I have watched them all this year and they have a very good offense.  Sure they use the long pass a lot but they are also very good at the slant with Driver and Jennings.  Plus Grant has been playing better the last two weeks and is a second half runner based on the past two years.

Their defense is much improved this year espically against the run.  Their main weakness is the O line and I think that is going to be the main key to the game tomorrow.  Rookie T.J. Lang against Jared Allen is going to be the key matchup.  If Lang can somehow contain Allen I think the Packers have a great shot as Rodgers should have plently of time to pass.  If they can't contain Allen well we all know what will happen based on the first game.  I'm really hoping that the Packers have planned well and will make sure that Allen won't beat them even if that means double teaming him and opening up holes somewhere else.

Also, there is of course the Favre factor.  Before the first Packers/Vikings game he admitted that he was really nervous.  Obviously he calmed down and had a great game.  I'm sure he's going to be feeling the same butterflys tomorrow before the game and no matter what he says I know that 70,000 fans booing him is going to get to him a little bit.  He's a pro though and has played a ton of football games so I'm guessing he will settle down.  Still, I'm guessing that those fans are going to be on him all game.

Basically what you arer saying is you are taking Rodgers over Favre.  Not in a million years for me pal, O-line is still unstable and Favre has lived for games like this his whole career.  Some games you just watch and enjoy, this is one of them, with that said, if I were to put shackles down on this game, it would not be against Brett Favre and the minny "D"!

Ha ha ha!  GB's biggest lead was 3 points and that last what 2 minutes.  MIN covered all game long and it was a laugher as I said time and time again in this post.  Next time put your money on the better team.  BOL!

Give credit where credit is due.  The VIKINGS are one hell of a team!
