~Cubbies ML +104 Cubs welcome the rookie Johnson to the big league
~Cubs/Rockos over 9.5 -120Cubs 7 Rockies 5
~G2 Nats -106Nationals lose G1, win game 2.
~LAA/CWS under 4 -110Haren pitches well first 4 or 5 innings, then starts to get hit, I don't like LAA offense in this spot. either.
~KC ML -128Seattle has the edge in starting pitcher, KC has edge in offense, Royals win this one in the 8th or 9th inning.

this team has beat duke and penn st., lost to NC by 3, and took purdue to OT (lost).
Do you think Wichita St. could have had these same results, i follow WSU pretty close, and i see a double digit win by v tech today, even w/the injuries v tech has

Hofstra ML+125@Evansville
Hofstra+2.5-110@Evansville
At first glance, I was leaning heavily towards Evansville. As everyone knows, home court advantage is BIG in the NIT tourney. That is...unless Disney on Ice has taken over your HomeCourt, and force you to play @PAC gymnasium at the university of Southern Indiana. That's right, Mickey Mouse is kicking Evansvilles' ass right off of their home court, doesn't look good for the purple aces in my opinion.
Especially if you look at each teams home and away records(since this will basically be an away game(away court) for both of them)
Hofstra-Away 10-4
Evansville-Away 3-11
Add in that Evansville coach stated that with a short preparation time, he was uncertain whether the Aces
would be able to obtain game film of the Pride.
AND that The Pride are led in scoring by 6-foot-3 guard Charles Jenkins, who
averages 22.9 points. Jenkins is the NCAA's active career leading scorer with 2,499 points. He
is the seventh-leading scorer in the nation this season.
also from the courier press: "Brigham Young's Jimmer Fredette, who leads the nation in scoring (27.9)
and ESPN highlights, has 2,501 career points. Jenkins has 2,499 — and
takes seven fewer shots per game.'
Hofstra +2 is a GIFT.
Fairfield@Colorado State-6.5-110
Colorado st. has
won @ colorado(in OT), won @ UNLV,
lost to BYU (@BYU by 9, @home by 8), and lost to San Diego St.(at home by 2, @SDS by 18).

TB/CWS over 9.5
Det.-1.5 over KC (and their triple A pitcher Duckworth) -115
Twins as dogs w/Slowey on the mound M.L.+140
Posted Tuesday, July 08, 2008 12:49 PM
Tigers R.L.+105 and M.L.-186 Detroit with the better starting pitcher, Cleveland has dropped 8 of their last 10 games.
BoSox R.L.*120 and M.L-164. Lester has been lights out, this is more of a bet on him, he is also 7-2 at home this year
Marlins+108 and Orioles+117 M.L. Not only because I LOVE fading the Bluejays and Padres, Marlins have the bats to beat anyone, and Cabrera for the Orioles coming off of a win in KC and Toronto's McGowan with a 6.84 ERA against Baltimore
Good luck to all

Had the Rays this morning, looks like a good start to the day!
SD/Minn Under 4 first 5 innings. hopefully Banks can keep the Twins from scoring at least for a while, and the Padres bats have not been exactly hot lately.
Reds -1 Volquez brings to the mound the lowest ERA in the MLB as well as the lead in Strikeouts in the MLB this season. And lets face, with the exception of Tuesday, we all know The BJ's have been having trouble putting runs on the board.
Indians/Giants under 8.5 Hopefully Lee will keep the Giants at bay, and Cle. has scored 3 or less in 7 out of their last 10 games.
also playing the Whitesox, just think Danks has the edge over Kershaw, and I know the Sox have the bats to beat anyone, even though they have been playing poorly away from chicago.
Good luck to everyone today, let's make it a profitable one!!!

this game is prob. standing out the most to me today. Think i'll be taking KC, prob -1 style just in case, but thinkin both will be winners. Hochevar has pitched pretty well as of late, and KC back home.
Any thoughts???
Thanks fellows
