AVOID 5DIMES ACH PAYOUTS!!!

After my NFL futures all cashed back I had $1605 so I could do an ACH payout. They even called me for the bank address. I did this Monday. 

Now magically the alloted time for the payout has passed and now "they've just been informed of a delay". 

The last two times I've had a payout request with sportsbooks I've had issues (sportsbook.com the check option ended up taking me 2 months to get my money b/c Fedex said my check "fell into a conveyor belt").

They currently "have no timetable on the delay".

In other words, we'll take your money but we don't know when you'll get it back with a method that's supposed to be fast.

So I guess roll the dice with fedex or use some other method of withdrawal with 5dimes.

i requested ACH on monday as well and have yet to receive it yet!

i am sick of their slow payouts, runaround, limits, horrible customer service thank god no money left with those scum bags!

I cleaned my account out too. Wonder if this money will get here in 2011. 

Congress needs to legalize this shit in the U.S. already.

I read in another forum that 5dimes had briefly stopped using ACH payouts last week, or this week, and just recently started up again?  Not sure whether that has anything to do with your problems.

Same here.  It wasn't even an option for me when I cashed out. I have still not received my ACH payout either from Monday.

ach requested monday.. nothing came.. beginning to get worried.. keep this updated professional.. im hoping the ach comes in monday.. ach's dont take 7 days.. fcking 5dimes.. i just need to get my cash out

I checked with 5Dimes.  They said it takes 3 to 5 business days for ACH. So if you requested it on Monday, which I did, it was probably not sent until Tuesday morning.  They said it is sent to an agency that then processes it within 24 hours, so it was probably sent Tuesday morning.  So I am hoping we will receive it by Monday, 2/14 or Tuesday, 2/15 the absolute latest.

been with them for years, they process it next day, then yes 3-5 business days, you ill get it monday or tuesday for sure, but i do agree with yelaworlf, request check or mg or wu, the issue with mg is its 850 max per day, the check its up to 3k each time

You can get fedex check for $3k and ach for $3k and even request it the same day. Also you can request a WU ($950) and MG ($840). so a total of $7790 a week.

I finally got my ACH payout yesterday.  Took a full week so much longer than in the past but none the less I got it:)

I did a ACH payout request with 5dimes last Wednesday (2/16) and it was in my account Friday (2/18) night. Never had a ACH post at night, but I wasn't complaining.
