You know it seems funny to sit around and do the math but as all gamblers like to do I love to come up with stats. I found a couple about my streak that are interesting. First of all, out of my 11 game streak I only have two games that were even close. Both of which I won in walk off HR fashion(Texas vs Minn & Philly vs Cubs). The only other "close" game would be the (braves,rockies) total which I won by two. All my other baseball games have been by at least 4 runs and wnba have all been blowouts.
  Another thing I have done is figured out if I would have started with $100 dollars and placed it all on the teams I have taken in my streak how much money I would have won to this point. It would be some where around the $245,000 mark! Wow makes that have to win 14 more games for a 100 g's seem kinda pointless. Which brings me to my next point.
  I read a forum of a guy talking about how only gamblers understand what its like to be a gambler and I couldn't agree with him more. I mean thinking about the money I could have won is great but it's the chasing that is the thrill of the whole damn thing! Coming in here everyday, looking at what you guys are picking and reading all the angles you give for those picks is where I get my excitement. I also really enjoy the fact of being able to communicate with people that enjoy the same "pleasures that I do". I Thought I was the only one that stayed up half the night looking for angles and waking up to gambling and lines being the first thing you think of! Its good to know that there are plenty others out there with the same sickness!
  Last thing, I have recently thought very seriously about getting my own website and trying to make money out of my picks. I have had other degenerate friends tell me that I should. I guess in a way i'm a little scared to do it only because I don't want some crazy hunting for me the weekend I go 0-6 after I helped him lose his house! I do have a record of my last two seasons in all sports and until lately I didn't even know that it was even worth mentioning. NCAAF 63%, MLB 61%, NCAAB 62%, NFL around 50%, NBA (couldn't win if you give me both sides lol), and halftimes combined(NBA, NCAAF, NCAAB) a crazy almost 71%. On second half betting alone I took and deposited $100 dollars and in two months I turned it into over 79 g's. Of course I never saw that money thanks to the DOJ and that sportsbook going out of business(I won't say any names...cough     BOS    cough)!
  Anyways, in summary I just want to thank covers and you guys for being ever bit the degenerate that I am and loving every minute of it...After all gambling is one step below sex and heck depending on the person and the situation(I.E. 27-23, 3rd and goal, 16 seconds left), it can be better!!!!
