Rough few days ,, Starters can't be CONSISTENT to the win side or lose side,,,,,,,,
two days ago Santana shits the bed after great starts 

Yesterday Billingsly shits the bed after 4 great starts allowing just two runs in 27 innings of pitching ,,,,,,,,,,,

So i guess Liriano will lose today because he has only allowed one run in 27 innings of work,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi Bob, I really appreciate all of  your hard work and analysis.  One other factor you may want to consider in addtion your analysis of pitching is what kind of run production has the offense provided lately. For example, the Dodgers have had Superb Pitching, however their bats and run production have been incredible silent and weak since the all star break.  Pitching may hold the opposition to 2 or less runs but the Dodgers have not been able to produce enough runs to win. And I am a Dodger homer!!!  Just something  else to considering in deciding whether to make play

Be careful with Wandy on the road.  He has the biggest home/road split of any starter in MLB.

5.97 ROAD ERA AND A 1.62 WHIP

3.18 HOME ERA AND A 1.22 WHIP.

Almost a 3 run difference.  HOME vs ROAD 

LEAN TO BUSH AND THE OVER HERE....

Yeaaa whats up with LAD,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yes Billingsly did give up 5 but damnnn he could allowed 1 run and still lost,,,,,,,,thought  they would wake up yesterday to support their top Starter,, so is Kershaw DOOMED today also against Lannan who is pathetic 
 Lannan in 9 past last 5 starts and poss BP

Wandy stuggles on the road is all i am saying to teh tune of opponents batting .320 against hom on the road.   Wandy looks like the play in 5&9 based on recent outings but Wandy is a freak at home......just be careful here....I LOVE THE OVER. in 5&9
