Buffalo was beat by a bad Temple team 13-37 while C. Michigan beat Michigan St. and held its own against Arizona and both of those were away games. C. Michigan is only allowing an average of 16.8 points by their opponents, while they are scoring an average of 32.8 points. I see the score of this game around 31 - 17 in favor of the Chippewas.

**** I will start this weeks college post with an apology to Miami for calling them a horrible team. This week will prove to me how good they are but they proved to me against Ga. Tech that Harris has the talent.****

I have watched North Carolina over the past two weeks play East Carolina tied up through middle of the third and then the normal athlete endurance for NC took over in the forth. Plus a 12-10 win against UConn? They will not have that advantage against Ga. Tech with equal talent level. North Carolina's offense looks pretty bad against average competition. Plus the fact that Ga. Tech was embarrassed on T.V. against the speed and passing of Miami. Then this is a home Game. Make this your play of the day.......

Auburn at home -6.5 all day long. I have this as a large play. AU beat SEC opponent Miss st. 49-24 vs. WV only 15 point victories against LIB and ECAR which is small in my opinion. Good Luck....

Personally I think Ga. should be favored around -3 in this game and that is only

1. BYU 1st half -10 BYU at Tulane 3:30pm
BYU held their own against Oklahoma even if Bradford was knocked out. Tulane was dusted by Tulsa at home. The first half had Tulsa up 20-3, so 10 should be an easy cover. I know BYU has to get up for a lesser team after the big game and travel but this should be around 24 -7 halftime and that is being gracious.
2. Florida -36.5 Troy at Florida 12:20pm
I like the Florida 1st half -21.5 just as much but but both will cover.
3. Boston College -21 Kent at Boston College 2:00pm
4. Oklahoma State -15 Houston U at Oklahoma State 3:30pm

First week of college football 09 and feels great. I use BetJamica as my main sportsbook and that is where my lines will come from on the blog. I look at the lines on Monday when I start the research and follow them until I make my picks on Thursday nights (90%). I choose Thursday's for my bet night for a couple of reasons. 1. True injury reports in most of the time 2. You can see the lines move a small amount. Which usually indicates the smart or inside money. Friday and Saturday line movements are huge puplic do not follow money. 3. Going along the thoughts of number 2, lines are still decent before they move big time on Friday nights and may save your azz on several bets a year.
I Bet units of $100 and it is a 1-3 scale. Will keep totals in following blogs. I will not put stats for the games or article thoughts that I have read in the bets section below because of time and you can find that here or other great resources yourself. Just quick thought of the game on some.... Now on to my picks.
