Going on Day 5, I have sent 14 emails, and called 3 times....the first gentleman I spoke to asked for the moderators name, which I gave him, "PokerBroker" and the topic in question, which I also provided "OLYMPIC TEAM ANNOUNCED ?GOOD BET? followed by ???COVERS WTF???. He said he would review it and get back to me. My point is like I have stated a 1,000 times, I DID NOT see his warning, he basically told my to chill out at 8:04pm while that had just been posted at 8:04pm, I was already making my post and had ZERO chance of seeing his warning with my post being submitted at 8:10pm. I started the topic at around 3:30pm, going on over 4 hours and no response we just so happened to be posting at nearly the same time. Check the times it's all on paper. Not allowing me to explain myself I was banned within seconds, which was not very fair in my opinion. Then when I saw his request to show remorse....that was unbelievable. The only way I was allowed to explain myself was login to one of my friends accounts, "mgsimmons" and no I didn't just create a new account check the membership he has been a member since Jan 2006. Like I stated I am not on trial for CAPITAL MURDER, I posted too many smiley faces get over it. Once again I received no notification, warning, or email saying I was going to the penalty box, and then unfairly terminated 6 hours later. The bottom line is the lineman thought I was directly disrespecting him, and he instantly terminated me without question or looking at what I posted, if common sense had been used he would have known that what I posted took at least 6 minutes. HIS POST @ 8:04pm MY POST @ 8:10pm! I know that is the reason I was banned, look at the content of my post, rare vulgar language, below average in harshness, borderline too sarcastic. This whole thing is a cause of too many smiley faces, ok I get it no more smiling.

Hi, I'm not sure why I was banned from your site earlier this morning. I woke up like usual and logged in to make a post, to my surprise I was restricted to posting in the penalty box only. Then when I figured out why I had been sent to the penalty box for posting too many emoticons? I will be the first to admit that my sarcasm may rub some people the wrong way but review the post I can show you over a 1000 that are 10 times worse and they are still posting as I type. Think about why this whole thing started because I posted too many SMILEY FACES, doesn't that sound like the most idiotic thing you have ever heard of, the stupidity level is maddening. Why have a limit of characters typed if it means nothing? I obviously stayed under that limit or my post would have not processed successfully, secondly is there anything obscene, vulgar, inappropriate, racist, violent, pornographic or gangster about posting multiple SMILEY FACES? You know I had a great time on Jupiter to last weekend but I could have sworn they dropped me back onto Earth. If you want me to send you a list of 100,000 things each day stating things that are more damaging to this world than POSTING SMILEY FACES I can do that. I am 25 now, I say I can do an easy 50 years, that would make it 1,825,000,000 things that I can come up with that are worse than POSTING TOO MANY SMILEY FACES. Fun also got banned with me why ban comic relief? I reread the rules on saw nothing against having fun or the specific amount of emoticons one can type at any given time (why not lower the limit that can be used, don't even tempt people then). I also would ask you to review the topic which resulted in my ban titled: OLYMPIC TEAM ANOUNCED followed by ?COVERS WTF?. The title stands for Covers (which is you guys) WTF means (Where’s the Flowers), implying Where's the Love, Covers? It's ok though shake that one off we all get confused sometimes. Now then the purpose of that is to see the way I was banned. I asked the question at 3:45pm and hadn't received an answer from a linesman (PokerBroker) until 8:04p....how would you like to wait on hold for over 4 hours?  By that time I was feed up and began posting more yellow men knowing that would draw attention with the chance for response but a respect that I also knew it could keep me in the penalty box for quite sometime but had no idea it would result in an instant ban. Recap: I go from being placed in the penalty box for one too many SMILEY FACES to an instant ban after failing to see a warning from a linesman, check the times of the post. His post was @ 8:04pm my post followed @ 8:10pm. I would like for you to think up a design that intricate and post it in less than 6 minutes if you succeed I'll never come in here again. The point is I never saw the warning I was making my post when he posted his so how could I have seen that. All I am asking is to restore my account to the penalty box I will sit there as long as I was originally intended to, now that I know the rules if I post too many emoticons again then I will accept the life-time ban. I still can't believe that I was originally suspended without warning for posting too many SMILEY FACES. There is no disturbing or vulgar language in 95% of my post, not too many can make that claim. I am a regular on wagerline. and have logged countless hours onto this site. I would just hate to see my status terminated for too many SMILEY FACES, although that would be a one for the books. And no don't take my post name out of context. My middle name is HART check my initials on file MHH, hints the name hartless. I hope you are having a good day if not you probably didn't even make it this far and you already clicked delete that’s cool to because I have a feeling we are going to become really good friends as I plan on emailing you a copy of this email everyday until I get an acceptable response.
