Guys the most amazing stat in NFL, at least in my opinion is the fact that the trend of teams winning Straight up also cover the spread 86% of the time.  I did not pay close enough attention to how it was holding up and heard on the radio earlier today about how in week 1  that 15 out of the 16 teams that won, also covered the spread. Pretty crazy. So in last weeks thread I posted this play early,, and wanted to have it up here, some places you can still get it, and some places you cant,, Now it could not happen, but you have to like your odds of the Cowboys not going 0-3.  And i like the fact that the Texans have played two emotional games back to back.  There are a few others I am liking quite a bit, and will post them as soon as i can get a little better line..  Good Luck ,

Week 4 if finally here,, Now nothing can ever  go exactly the way you want it to, we hopefully are all smart enough to realize that. But now we all have some advantages. We have seen teams play 3 games, we know who the starters are and what they can do. We have an idea of schemes that coaches will run with their packages. We have the chance to pick spots that have teams coming off of a loss or after a win,, which can be very beneficial at times.  If you have not collected from your online account or your local yet this season, then you are doing something wrong. Im sure alot of you are like me and will play some extra games that you have a feel for but not totally convinced enough to post about it, and this season has had some spots that looked to easy to be true but happened anyway,,lol,,, Just keep being patient and smart, I have seen more people talking about money management than I have seen on the boards since I have been here, and that is good to see, for most of you it is still just a two word phrase, but I can promise you until you make yourself learn what it really means you will not be successful over the long haul.. Well it has been a great start to the season past few weeks. Looks like alot of fellas are making some profits. I was very glad to see Virginia tech go down like they did so that we do not have to hear about Boisie all season long. I was also glad to see my Oklahoma Sooners whoop up on Seminoles. Now they are heavy favs over Air Force and from the echo around here, Stoops is not happy about having to prepare for the Trip Option.. Tonight the game is gonna be funky I'm sure. If ya notice the line is doing the same thing it did to the Bearcats when they went to Fresno St.  Opens with Cincy the Road favorite and now they are a Road dog,, Still watching the line on that one.  Good Luck this weekend everybody. I took note to some of the PM's i was getting, so this year i will break down the full game plays from the half time plays for those that do not want to sit around cpu all day. But i am not going to change the way i do units, I keep it low at either half a unit or up to 3 units for a reason, to show the newbies that you do not have to risk 8 units every play to make good money. So yes, i could say im playin 8 to 16 units per game and then my units won would show very high numbers, but thats not my goal here, most people that know me on here, understand that already, but for the new fellas, just go by your own unit size. Good Morning,, So what do we expect today?  Here is a thought,,maybe Nobody really knows, hence all the pickem lines, Usually you can make some bank takin favorites and rollin with line moves,, but this year as the league gets more evenly matched (( some say)) to me I think that the talent is in the process of being established right now and not to many great teams of old,, And it makes me sick to my stomach to here people still picking the Chargers,, same as every year,, give me a break,, they will not make it to the show with that Coach.but that's a whole different conversation.   So the lines are low, could have something to do with who the Home teams are, Could have something to do with economy and its kind of like a sale that a store has for two weeks so you keep going back for it, and then finally on the third week you show up and the price is double what it was, but you already drove there, and saved a ton of money the two weeks before, so you go ahead and buy it instead of doing the smart thing and going down the street to keep the extra money in your pocket..lol,, If you understand that, your making profits.. if you don't. It's something to think about So lets see which teams open up the season with a W, and which ones will need some more work, will it be the teams that finished at the top last year? ****NFL THURSDAY NIGHT VIKINGS @ SAINTS NFL ****

Well tonight is opening night of the NFL season, I probably did not even need to start a thread for most of ya to know who I am on,, Vikings are my Team,,, and even tho I teach money management and with that means to not bet with your heart,, I have to admit thats what I am doing tonight,,  Week 1 will start Sunday for me from a selective stand point.. Tonight  I like My vikings to win by a Touchdown,,, lol,, Probably wishful thinking tho huh,, The only thing that has changed really for tonights game and last years championship game is the fact that the players are fresh,, on both sides,, and the weakness of the Vikings last time which was bad protection for Brett to throw has been primary focus for O Line coach,, you better believe that there will be more time for Favre to throw this game,, now, the question is tho how well he will throw,, this game has extra hype for all the right reasons,, but its not the kind of game to blow your pants on,, This is where patience comes into play, which means,, take it slow this weekend,, and maybe even next,, there will be spots no doubt to go after a little larger then others,, but for the most part,, take this opportunity to study up,, look back over the games afterwards,, try and watch as many games as you can and pay attention to teams weaknesses rather then their strengths,  thats what I like to do,,  Good Luck,, Gonna be a great year,, I hope all my Covers brothers,, (( and sisters )) have a great season.. &... Alright, late start tonight, sorry,, Been on the phone with the Att people,, my internet been shady past few days and I pay for the best package , you would think it should work no problems,,jeeesh,, lol,, So last week was great,, but that was last week. Now we have to figure out what line makers are thinking  with some of these ridiculous lines set for some of these games. On my Radar this weekend is of course the OU vs Florida St game since I am a big Sooners fan,, I cashed in on Utah St last week, but was unable to get the middle on the 2nd half.. This week I think Sooners play better no doubt,, but covering that many points against a rejuvenated Seminoles bunch is asking quite a bit in my opinion,, anyway, still lots of time to figure that out,, as always use good money management and be patient.   Figured I would start this thread now so we can let the other one go away..GL
