yeah i know he is,,,that's why I want to tail all his picks so I use the same MM as him,,,really believe in his principles ,,,that's why so hard on myself,,, my margin of error is critical for me to dig myself out of these holes and so missed plays just seems to dig me deeper,,,believe me i have followed his betting units as closely as possible and it's frusturating that it seems that i am just treading water,,,but i remain confident that things will turn up.

I know what you mean.  I'm hard on myself as well. I underestimated the time plays would be up and running, did a couple of things then get back on and have missed all 15 of the plays so far.  It is hard to see all the winning days and then miss enough of the plays to not be winning much.  I am confident that, while it will take much longer, that even getting some of the plays will still be profitable.  I do think almost everyone has to be realistic that it would be very, very difficult to get anywhere near the performance that Invest gets.  It is difficult to have a lifestyle where for 5 hours every weeknight and about 9 hours or more on the weekends that there is virtually total focus on the computer every second.  Imagine doing all the capping as well.  There are times I never budge and still miss half the plays because I'm working on work-related email and click over and I've missed another couple.  Too bad I'm not at retirement age yet, as this would be fantastic but it's still awfully fun.  I get down about it because I know if I played every game I could reach my goal of "lifetime even" in two years or less, but in the meantime we'll play all we can.

I'll give my opinion that this is different for every person.  Person A may play $1000 per unit and therefore a .5U play would be $500, while person B may play $50 per unit and therefore .5U at $25.  We're all trying to slowly and steadily increase the amount played per unit while comfortably making sure there's no risk of going broke on a cool streak.
