You folks may be ahead of me, but I just read Becky Hammon playing for  Russia right now and will miss two games with Silver Stars

Wagerline page under that game I think called preview is the write up. I suppose we could also go to WNBA. com they usually have nice writeups

call me stupid or crazy, but that's all the more reason to take San Antonio. My local bookie is already offering it at +6. Not greedy about the points here, +6 is just three baskets anyway, but a team that loses a key player usually fights hardest the first game she's out.

I agree with you. We are dealing with averages and sports books seem to take straight points.In other words if a team averages 60 and their star player  who scores 20 is out and her replacement averages  14, that doesnt mean the other team will be better by 6 points, the scoring average would probably drop to 58 or 59- I think- Im gonna stay away from this one anyway-  both teams look sorta sad this year.

2 starters will be missing (Hammon & Johnson)  and S.A. is not exactly on a roll right now.

The line is stiff right now, but I was able to get NYL at -4.5.
