well, i just hit 7 in a row again tonight.  I will see if I get the email this time.  All spam filters are off.

I won two hats and received them both in a timely matter.  Around 3 weeks each......

This is f ing annoying with so many people complaining about not receiving prizes.  I don't blame those who have complained.....  Maybe people entered information wrong,  whatever.  But give some feedback to them and let them know what the problem is so we don't have to read this bullshit anymore. 

when I hit 7 I didnt get a response either...after about a month I contacted them by e-mail 3 different times and then finally got a response from 3 different people....the last one was an asshole and said I'll get it when I get it that its a contest and they dont have to honor it if they dont want too !!!!   Not exactly in those words but the meaning was the same nevertheless..I received it about 2 months later...whatever !!!

I have read all 4 pages of blogs. I just completed a streak of 9 in a row at the end of 2009. With that said .........

I replyed to the Survivor Streak prompt emails, set up a Diamond Sportsbook Account and received the $25.00 comp on 1/7/10. Less than two weeks after my win streak. Next I replyed to the email about the free COVERS hat, I received it UPS ground today 1/8/10.

If you follow the prompt and reply to the emails you will get the prizes. As you can see, I have been making picks on here for 2 years+, and this is my first forum post; I read some, but this one I had to shed some light on. 100% TRUTH.

sure you check your junk folder as these e-mails are sometimes placed

in there by your e-mail service provider.

Read the instructions

carefully on the e-mail, it clearly outlines that you are to send

certain information to Lou in order to claim the free play prize.

Please

be patient, as the coordination of this process usually takes 7-10

days, and sometimes longer if you haven't sent your information

properly to Lou.

Regular contest prizes such as Hats, Hoodies

and Cash take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for delivery.  In order to send

them we require that you reply to the automatic e-mail confirming your

We're all happy for you , but some of us followed the rules and are still chasing down our "prize." If you would read some of the complaints in this and other threads, you would see that others are having problems. Or maybe you subscribe to the theory that keeping half? 33%? 25%? of the players satisfied is better than none?

I did get 2  hats  different styles too  One is at home the other is at the bottom of the log ride at Disneyland. 

I did not get my 3rd hat  remenber you can only get a hat during somesort of period meaning you cannot get one then lose then get another rught away

It's natural to be weary when a check one was given is determined to have been fake,even if another genuine one was submitted.BTW,what information is required in order for one to claim a prize?Sometime ago,I deposited a few bucks in an online overseas betting account and when I wanted to withraw my money,I was informed that I would have to fax two forms of ID.Suffice to say,I told them to go f**k themselves.I'm not sacrificing my identity for a few bucks.You can keep it!If that's the information you'll ask of me,then tell me now so I can stop pulling my hair out and doing research up the a** for nothing.
