Going to start tracking my plays.. My plays will be based off what sharps are playing,..not so much a break down of the matchups

i played these lines when they initially came out, so i  will be basing my record on those lines above.

Wednesdays plays 12/2

YTD- 7-9

play 1- Thunder -6

Sixers third game in four days. the thunder play pretty well at home and especially against the eastern conference. trend says to play the sixers as they have gone 7-1 against the thunder. but jus adding in the fatigue factor for the sixers, ill take the thunder

play 2- Bucks +3

wizards dont really play well without rest. traveling from toronto to washington wont help their cause. the bucks do play the wizards well. wizards have yet to win a home game this season after coming off a road game. bucks is the play

play 3- Kings -2

kings have been a good home team as of late. they are also 4-0 ats being favored. the low line shifts bettors to play the pacers since the pacers have been 7-1 ats in sacramento, but the kings are a team that has found a way to win, especially at home where they put up afight.

NBA Tuesday plays

Play 1- Toronto Raptors-7

The recent trends in this series may point to taking the road dog to be successful, but this year will be different. The wizards have not covered on the road this year when getting more than 6 points besides opening night. may be tempting to take the wizards because of history of the meetings between these two, but tonight it wil be the raptors prevailing.
Wizards are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games as a road underdog.

Play 2:Golden State Warriors +13
THe pubic will be all over the nuggets after their embaressing loss against the t-wolves, but i dont think that has been a coincidence. the nuggets seem to have problems finding a good rotation to put on the court to support melo and their overall team play has been a bit shaky. the warriors after an impressive win yesterday come into denver as double digit dogs, which is teh reason i like them. the warriors have been consistent in covering double digit spreads as underdogs this year, with their only non cover being against the spurs where they did not cover by the hook. ill look for the warriors to keep this game somewhat close and lose by maybe 8 or 9 points.
Warriors are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a road underdog of 11.0 or greater

the pace has been slowed down towards the closing of the first half and both teams are having a tough time getting open shots.. alot of turnovers .i see it falling under 83 , with unc holding on for the win

Plays for Friday 11-20

Sixers 1-0

Play #1 - Philadelphia Sixers -6

I dont expect anyone to be comfortbale with philadelphia laying points against anyone these days, but one team they certainly deserve to be 6 pt favorites against is the memphis grizzlies. The sixers matchup with the grizzlies, a team built similar to themselves with athletic forwards and guards. The sixers swept the series against the grizz last season, and i see the majority of people backing the grizzlies cus of their doubts in the sixers. Lay the points and look out for a double digit win

Play #2 - OKlahoma Thunder -2.5

The thunder have played only three games against the eastern conference this season and they are 2-1 in those matchups. this is not a big enough number to weigh this game on , but i believe that their western conference style of offense will give the wizards some problems. The wizards had a big win against the cavs wednesday but they are 0-3 ATS running on 1 days rest. they were also on the road for this one day break traveling to oklahoma. expect the thunder to win by 7-9 points

PLay #4 - Milwaukee bucks -5.5

The bucks have been playing well at home as of late. they gave the mavericks a run for their money monday and gave the nets a whooping wednesday. When laying between 4-6 pts against the bobcats at home last season they covered in both matchups. I expect a big game from brandon jennings and a let down from a bobcats team on this big road swing.

Taking a shot at capping the nba

I usually follow other good cappers on this site, but giving my hand at capping some games


Game 1 - Charlotte Bobcats + 4.5 -
During the 08 season , charlotte covered in each game where they were a dog of 4 points or less, and won outright twice..i see the bobcats giving the sixers a hard time


Game 2- Cleveland Cavaliers -4
Sure the line looks suspicious, but its for a reason. Trend betters will spot that the underdog is 11-2 in the meetings between these teams, but this line is low considering the previous lines where cleveland has one , but failed to cover in Washington. Sure Jamison may play tonight, but that will only disrupt their rhythm off the bat.


Game 3 - Memphis Grizzlies -4
The clippers won the first meeting of the season but failed to cover as 4 point favorites. That game was played as the grizzlies3rd game in 4 nights as part of their big road trip. And to still show up wit that much heart and keep it close says enough. Clippers on the 2nd game of a back to back road swing. I like Memphis with the points
