My local bookie agreed to match the odds that BODOG.com had up today for the eagles that were 15 to 1. I put 400 on them to win the bowl.
The kicker to this bet is I made it before the Nahmdi deal went through around noon today. I loved the Eagles with the additions of Babin and Cromartie.
I hit the last 3 super bowls in future bets placed before the season started. Steelers, Saints and packers last year. I will admit this is my most confident pick of all. Not sure if that is good or bad lol lol but I love it.
By the way, I am a Cowboy fan so dont think im some Eagle fan typing this up. I am just go where the green is folks

there were people that werent sure about the mavs too. i expected people wouldnt be sure of the eagles. everybody cant agree on these kinds of things. i will wait the season out to hear back from those that dont agree with the eagles to tell me why did i make such a dumb bet. thats just what people on these boards do.

I donj't want to say shit and not explain........your best bet would be to take them in the NFC championship but to beat an AFC team sounds unlikely......can you please elaborate on your pick and how the eagles are so great, they picked up some corners....their problem was up the middle, they have no d line and linebackers and this sho booting on the philly wagon is giving me reminders of plenty down falls of the past...
