CHARLOTTE BOBCATS -4 (P.O.D.) **4 UNITS**
The Knicks are playing hotter than ever, at least for as long as I
can remember.. when the Knicks still had Ewing and Houston on their
roster… They’ve won their last 4 straight games, while Charlotte
continues to struggle.. Still, we see some light, as Felton is
beginning to develop with the addition of Stephen Jackson… The Knicks
are 2-6 ATS their last 6 in Charlotte, and with all the love on the
Knicks tonight… I just can’t see how I pass this up.. Gerald Wallace to
the BANK!!!
TORONTO RAPTORS +7 (P.O.D. #2) **2 UNITS**
No Jose Calderon? That does not fare well for the Raptors, who give
up a LOT of points on the road… However, the Heat have had their own
struggles, as they need to find a way to put up more points to remain
competitive… Dwyane Wade has been on fire as of late, but history will
prove to be more valuable here tonight… The Raptors are 12-5 ATS their
last 15 vs. the Heat, and are 4-0 ATS their last 4 in MIAMI… Chris Bosh
to the BANK!!!
HOUSTON ROCKETS -4 (P.O.D. #3) **3 UNITS**
So Trevor Ariza is suspended for tonight’s game, after swinging an
elbow at the former USC star DeMar DeRozan… And yet, the Rockets are
favored against a hot Detroit ball club, who even got their star Rip
Hamilton back?! Everyone and their moms are riding with the Pistons
tonig... [More]

PICK: UNDER 213.5
Denver should’ve won the last game.. Regardless, they covered ATS.. They’re now 9-0 ATS in the playoffs and it’s not going to stop tomorrow night.. Once again, I see JR Smith, Melo, Billups coming up big tomorrow.. Look for aggressive play from K-Mart, and the BIRDMAN will be back for this game.. and I don’t see how Dallas will be able to match Denver’s energy with the high altitude and playing on the road.. JR Swish to the BANK!!!

PICK: LAL TEAM TOTAL OVER 25.5 (1ST QUARTER LINE)
People are now being careful about betting on the Lakers after watching Game 1, but I truly believe that it was a fluke… I’m looking
for the Black Mamba to come out striking, and Pau is going to have a
much better game… The Zenmaster has made the necessary adjustments and
I see the Lakers blowing the Rockets out tomorrow night.. The Lakers
may have lost home court advantage, but they do own the league’s best
road record… Josh Powell to the BANK!!!

ATL @ MIA -6 (O/U 186)
Pick: ATL +6
Pick: OVER 186
Initially, I had my pick last night set at MIA -4… After getting to
work this morning, I realized that the line had jumped to 6… It's also especially hard fading a guy like oddsbuster, who put MIA -4.5 as his POD (hopefully we can catch both and hedge)..
Normally,
I’d be jumping on my favorite player Wade, and talking about how
unstoppable he is (as he really cannot be stopped by this Atlanta
team)… Wade will have his monstrous night as usual, but Cook and O’Neal
will not have games like they’ve been having, regardless of home court…
As much as I do want Miami to ride through this first round, it won’t
be as easy as it seems… While Jomario Moon is out for the Heat, it
seems that Marvin Williams of the Hawks may be out for this game..
Although historically, Atlanta doesn’t fare well against Miami ATS
(Hawks are 3-13 in their last 16 meetings in Miami, while Miami is 6-0
ATS in their last 6 home games against teams with losing road records),
this game is too crucial for the Hawks to pass up… I see Johnson and
Smith coming out firing tonight, and ATL should be able to cover within
the 6… I’m sorry Wade, but ATL to the BANK!!!

LAL @ UTA +2
PICK: LAL -2
Everyone on covers forums and their moms seems to be loving Utah at home tonight, boasting about their home record and whatnot, and talking about how the Lakers have barely pulled out the past 2 games at home... Are we watching the same games? Do you not see Kobe sitting on the bench, just trying to help his bench gain some experience for the later stretch... watching 20 point leads dwindle to 5, only to see Kobe barely getting off the bench and "to the rescue"....
Tonight is a statement game for the Lakers... They will show the rest of the league, why they own the best road record... It is also a must-win game for Utah, and usually the must-wins don't seem to cash in... Oh and btw, the Lakers loss in Utah during the regular season... The Lake Show didn't have Bynum and they still almost took that game...
Just thought I'd throw in my insight...

Golden State @ L.A. Clippers (-2.5)
Pick: L.A. Clippers (-2.5)
The L.A. Clippers are due for another win.. and Golden State is the
perfect team to play at this time to get the Clips goin.. Baron Davis
has been the main reason the Warriors have worked the Clips in the
past, but now he's on the Clips to lead them past a Warriors team
without Monta Ellis and Al Harrington.. GO LA!!
Oklahoma City @ Philadelphia (-10.5)
Pick: Philadelphia (-10.5)
I just don't know what to say about Oklahoma City.. Can anyone please
score consistently besides Durant?? With that being said.. Philly is
starting to find their groove and they should have no problem breezing
by this weak Oklahoma team.. Let's go Elton Beast!!
Portland @ Minnesota (+1)
Pick: Portland (-1)
Should be a high scoring close game, but Portland should pull through again tonight on the road.. Oden should see more minutes.. It's only gonna get better for the Blazers from here on out..
Indiana @ Chicago (-6.5)
Pick: Indiana (+6.5)
Danny Granger and T.J. Ford alone should keep this game close.. Indiana hasn't lost by much to the league's elite.. I don't see them losing by more than 4 to a struggling Chicago team, if they do lose..
Boston @ Milwaukee (+8.5)
Pick: Milwaukee (+8.5)
Boston hasn't been able to cover big spreads this year.. and Milwaukee has played decent at home.. Mbah a Moute won't have a game like he did yesterday.. but Richard Jefferson should keep this...
