How long does bookmaker take to pay through neteller? I know they say 7- 10 days but a customer Rep told me sometimes shorter!!

How does the wagering sytem work on matchbook? I a baseball moneyline is -170 can i drop it to -100 and still get pay the right amount or is there a catch?
