Not the game itself - that I think is one of the best around.
Just the structure of it. Of course this horse has been beaten to death a zillion times - but such is the buzz in talkin' of it it always resurrects.
FLORIDA. No question in my mind they have the best team, talent-wise.
Yet, were we in a playoff (5 more years for that) they would be downgraded by the committee for this absurdly weak schedule.
Like, starting off the season at home ve Charleston Southern and Troy. Aren't they even ashamed of themselves? Why not throw the gals from Radcliffe into the mix? Or the nearest high school football team? (Yeah, I know Troy may be the best in the Sun Belt - as i said, schedule Radcliffe)
They do not this year play a strong Ole Miss team - one tht beat them last year. Only a point, but it was a win.
A really creampuffy schedule, with the only challenge being on Oct 10 at LSU.
With a playoff scenario they wouldn't dare give themselves these kinds of gifts, for fear of losing their #1 seed.
Yep, beat the dead horse again - cause he ain't dead, bastard is indestructible.
