HELP

Im hooked on this shit ive actually been goin crazy looking at box scores  but my question is ....

If a player or team has a day off  should i always fill the spot ???   even if the matchup isnt great for the bench player   or is it more of a stuational thing ??  like if my team is batting great up til then... why take a shot at a guy who might hurt the team average??  or just leave the spot   blank    and my other question is  i find myself  on the free agent market  almost daily  just to see whos there   i won my first weeks matchup  thanks to lohse and harang both pitching  complete game no hit shutouts on sunday     and  this week im in it with what a consider the guy and team to beat  hes been doing it a long time and has won or placed in most if not all years hes been  playing    willl i drive myself crazy  adding and dropping or should i find a group of guys and stick with em??

SATURDAY POCKETS PICKS

2-2 yesterday picking up a lil bit of coin

PIRATES +125  gonna stick with the home dog here pirates are better at home than the snakes are OTR gorz has been very shaky but a lil home cooking and a weak dback O make this a play for me

MARINERS +160 come on ??????  the sox have "in fighting"  the mariners a team that is 14-9 over the last three seasons v/ the sox and they are 3-1 verse the sox this year..... the sox lose and they send wake to the mound (1-6) v/ the Ms although wake has a low era i just cant see how the sox and wake can be -190 too much value to pass up

TIGERS -115 the gambler has a winning record v/ the tribe he has pitched well as of late  imo a cheap price at home for a team seriously under achieving...........

may add later...

mlb friday nite 4/11 POCKETS picks

ytd14-13 +2.13u   playing tite so far... put a few Ws together  and am still up so onto today   my boy goes tonite  "the human over" line set at 10 -120 under neither game was caused by VP... the first padillla over was on the pens the second on garland who just sucked bad     PADILLA is 3-1 when starting against TORONTO with an ERA of 3.25 and a WHIP of 1.156.   4 of 6 games in this series have gone UNDER THE TOTAL over the last 3 seasons at texas overall. (Under=+1.5 Units)   10 of 16 games in this series have gone UNDER THE TOTAL over the last 3 seasons . (Under=+2.9 Units)   TEXAS is 5-1 (+4.5 Units) against TORONTO over the last 3 seasons at home.   at home texas'  bullpen has an era of 2.80 and 1.035 whip... sure early season but still effective...   jesse litch for toronto has never faced texas and has only pitched once this year v/ 5ip 3.60 he walked 3 and struck out 2   i hate to say that under is the play.... i know my boy seldom would be all over fade the stats and bet the over ...but jesus i just i almost feel like i have been getting very lucky with the overs i cash with this gas can ....... got some time tho ..............
