The Pods hit Delarosa just fine. Take a look at last years starts vs the Pods. Last game he lasted only 2.1 ip. He didnt pitch well against them all year. But hey its the risk you take with underdogs.

7IP Col won 4-1

5IP SD won 5-2

5IP COl won 9-6

6IP SD won 4-3

Col was 3-2 last year in his starts vs SD but SD has almost the same lineup. Yes they can hit Delarosa. He is an average SP at best. It wouldnt surprise me to see Col win but again you have to take chances in baseball or you will losefor the season

Besides Sd has scored more runs then say the Rangers heavy hitters. They arent a good O but they can hold thier own. Headly is better than you think and of course Gonzo. But dont discount Kyle Blanks. This kid is a monster capable of hitting 35 HR this year

Hey man, respect your posts, but those matchup stats have been proven to be basically meaningless. Law of large numbers... The book by Tango delves deeper into this. The main premise is that there is absolutely nothing that can be taken away from batter vs pitcher matchups.

Like the play b/c Twinks can't hit leftys and Mauer is out tonight, but Danks was pretty mediocre in the 2nd half last year if you look at his peripherals.
