Lets look CLOSELY at the Saints last 5 games....

@ Miami
-Awesome come from behind victory but they were badly outplayed in the first half. The Dolphins proved that if you pressure Brees, he WILL make mistakes

Vs NYG
-Clearly they destroyed the Giants in every aspect of the game. BUT the Giants do not seem to be what we thought they were...

Vs NYJ
-You could argue they actually got outplayed in this game. If not for the Sanchez bonehead mistakes, this would of been a very, very close game.

@ Buff
-Was a 3 pt game going into the 4th and Buffalo collapsed leading to an easy Saints win.


The bottom line is this....

Yes the Saints are a very, very good team but they can be beaten. How often do you see a +500 team that actually has a chance to win? If the Falcons can force a couple turnovers, they very well can be in this game at the end.

May take a shot on the ML....

KK did you actually watch the game? New Orleans had a tough time moving the ball and Sanchez handed them 2 tds. Yes in THAT game, they were outplayed.

I agree rangerz I think there's a TON of value at +500. Saints are beatable and should've lost last week. Atlanta will be ready for this game and atleast keep it close. Atlanta +12 big, Under 56 medium, ML +450 small.

Let's not forget/ignore the fact this is the first division game (and a rivalry) this year for the Saints, and it happens to be against a pretty good team in their own right who was in the playoffs last year and I fully expect to be in the playoffs again this year. I am on the saints tonight. Its alot of points to lay, but its just how I capped it. That being said, I think that getting over +500 in this game has solid value. If the saints get off to a slow start, and the Falcons can slow down the tempo of the game and control the ball, they have a decent shot at winning the game. I don't think it will happen personally, but with two divisional rivals it certainly is a possibility.

Yes I think the Saints should win, BUT I do think there is plenty of value taking the +500 ML in this spot and will most likely be playing it.

This is great listening to you guys go back and forth....I just hopped on this thread and I have been laughing the entire time, talking about this outcome and that outcome. This it the only NFL game tonight, and you can throw away everything about past preformances....its Atlanta and NO, divisional game, anyone can win this game. Just like 42 people lost in my survivor pool cause they back Philly against Oakland (-15 pt spread)...and you only had to pick the winner. Atlanta ML is not a bad play as long as you dont throw a boat load on it, but a few bucks is worth the shot.
