we all know favorites dont always win, and vegas's lines are bogus.
Baseball is the most pathetic sport to use any type of handicapping skill unless you really pick ur spots and play 5-10 plays a week TOPS. The reason?
Your play heavily depends on the pitcher, as much as baseball fans dont like to hear it, baseball is not a TEAM SPORT , its played individually.
On any given day, you can get burned by one player having a shitty ass day. Numbers are thrown out the fuckin window.
I advise all people that bet more than 2 or 3 games a day to stop and think of what they are risking.(unless ur picking dogs all day everyday)
Two types of handicappers will be successful in baseball. The one that carefully chooses his spots carefully and plays only a handful a games in a given week.
Or ME, the person that refuses to lay ANY chalk on any baseball game.
I find it easier to be 5-5 and be up 1000 dollars, then be 5-5 and be down 400 dollars.
