This line could be inflated because of Dixon playing, I see it at Ravens-8 at Stations Casino in Vegas but most odds arent up yet..Do u fail to remember how good this kid was at Oregon? He was leading in Heisman votes and had the Ducks at #2 before goin down with an ACL tear. Also he had a full week of practice and reps with the 1st team...This kid can play I think they beat Baltimore outright! This isnt the same Baltimore Defense this year remember, this is a 5-5 team that continues to struggle giving u the big play and Pittsburgh thrives in sports where they are the underdog..

i traveled to baltimore from pitt for this game... i am sitting in the hotel lobby reading this... it is a joke... dixon was a good qb in college... how many heisman winners have ever become anything in the nfl? like 10 percent? im as big of steeler fan there is in this world... but they are banged up worse than any team in the nfl... if i would have known ben wasnt going to play i would have watched it at home from my couch... its gonna be a debacle... 27-10 baltimore

As a Steelers fan I'm glad they're not playing Ben, but I wish it was understood that they should put him in in the event that the Steelers struggle and get behind.

The Steelers D has been playing lights out with the exception of the KC game. But in that game they still only allowed two TD's which isn't all that bad. The special teams unit allowed one also.

Ray Rice has had a solid year and catches alot of balls out of the backfield, and the Steelers will miss Polamalu with the run support.

I just checked SportsInteraction and there's no side or total up. Fuck it. I'll check back at 8:00 and put one half unit on the under if I remember. The under is usually a good bet with this matchup. I'll put one quarter unit on the dog too if the line is 5 or more. This will be another bloodbath I'm sure. That said, I'm not crazy about the side no matter what the line is. Dixon is an unknown. I have no idea how he will perform tonight.

yeees glad theyre not playing ben... after this game he can sit out the rest of the season for all i care... because we will be out of the wild card race unless dixon pulls off a miracle... if his head aches went away he should play... im selfish and heartless but we need a win and without him theres no chance... perhaps polamalu should stop doing yoga in the offseason for his training and hit the damn gym like every other football player so that he can stop getting injured.

i am disgusted with how this season has turned out for us...

Talk about a line difference when you take a QB out like Big Ben..a 10+ point swing?? A quality team like Pittsburgh has elite talent and should still make this game interesting...They are in quite possibly the worse situation they could be in with their position for the postseason and the fact they will be starting a QB who has thrown 1 NFL pass in his career...I just think 9 points is way too many for a team like Balt to lay..Their offense has been terrible the past 2 games, and Pittsburgh can defintely hold them to under 14pts..I have to say I love the under in this game..As far as the line goes, it should be -7 at the highest..

Years ago I worked and answered the phones for one of the top books in Dallas. Once he put up the #'s on Sunday morning he never moved them. He told me to trust the oddsmakers,the public is usually wrong. Plus if one game loses for you,six others will win.Just an FYI.

Do you think PItt will score in this game? Maybe their defense might score, which is usually what's necessary for your team to win. Look it up. When your defense doesn't score, you usually try to win with 12 or 13 pts. I'd give you 7 pts ALL DAY LONG. Peyton Manning made 17 pts, (he's a God, what's your guy going to get never starting a game)?
