In 1999 The Redskins had one of there best years in recent memory loseing a tuff road game to Tampa in the second round of the playoffs. Its Was Danny's first year owning the team and Norv was a hold over from the previous owner.

After the Redskins played the Cowboys and lost after an amazing comeback by the cowboys. I can't remember if it was week 1 or 2. Snyder came into the locker room and cursed turner out loud enough for the players to here behind closed doors. When Norv appeared in front of the team after this he was crying. Mitchell says at that moment the team lost all respect for him and played for themselves the rest of the season.
