1.If there is a Marlins pitcher who can beat the Rays it is Josh Johnson, and his 7-1 record and era of 2.66. He wasn't at the top of his game earlier this season when he faced Shields and the Rays but he stil got the job done. He won all 4 starts as underdog this season and outpitched guys like Burnett, Carpenter and Santana (twice).

2. If there is a perfect spot for Marlins to beat the Rays it is this one here. TB just played a WS rematch series vs the Phillies and Florida is red hot winning 5 in a row. After losing the first two games of the series vs TB 25-5 earlier this season, expect them to be extra motivated tomorrow.

3. The road team is much more successifull in this series winning 12 of last 16 meetings.

Marlins +130

$1,000 to win $1,300

1. The Yankees are 3-12 in last 15 when starting at least their third straight road series. Despite beating the Braves in two straight games they are stil playing bad baseball for a very expensive team.

2. The Mets finally on a winning streak, even thaugh it is a small, tiny 2 game streak. They have a solid pitcher on the mound and they are looking for a revenge here. They went 1-2 at NYY earlier this season but should have gone 2-1.

3. Sabathia is way overpaid and could easily be outpiched by Pelfrey.

Mets +145

$1,000 to win $1,450

1.Washington is stil getting mocked but 5-3 in last 8 against Boston, Toronto and NYY is not bad at all. They are now facing the worst AL team who just got swept in hot Florida weather.

2. Baltimore is losing its momentum and looks very vulnerable right now. They are better than Washington, no doubt about that, but after getting swept at Florida I don't trust in them any more.

3. Detwiller has been bad in one start this season, at defending champs. He is off of two solid efforts against TB and NYY and he is definatelly more confident with every start he makes. Bergesen seems to be losing his steem after a nice run that started on May 29.

Nationals +145

$1,000 to win $1,450

The Red Sox's are 2-6 SU in Beckett's road starts over the last two season's when the Sox's are a favorite of -120 or less.

Jurrjens buried himself last Sunday with a clumsy 1st inning error that quickly erased Atlanta's early 2-0 lead.
