AFC East
New England Patriots
Miami Dolphins
New York Jets
Buffalo Bills
The Patriots had the 5th best points against in the NFL last season. That's because Bill Belichick is the best defensive minded head coach in the NFL. This is also the season Patriots fans have been waiting for since Brady was injured. A full season under his belt, time to shine. They're also under the radar which seems to fuel the Patriots every year. The Dolphins rebound from last year's sophomore slump. Hell, I could see these 2 playing in Week 17 on the Sunday Nighter to determine who wins the division. Wid Card nod to Miami. Jets enter their sophomore season, history & statistics say they'll take a step back this year before propelling forward next season. And the Bills....they might win two games. Might.
AFC North
Baltimore Ravens
Pittsburgh Steelers
Cincinnati Bengals
Cleveland Browns
The Ravens are the class of the NFL. With Hiush added to the receiving core, they now have a scary passing game to go with a great rushing game & a scary defense. Watch out. Steelers and Bengals may both end up 8-8 as Cincy enters their sophomore season and the Steelers....I just dont like what they've lost. And the Browns.
AFC South
Houston Texans
Indianapolis Colts
Tennessee Titans
Jacksonville Jaguars
Yes thats right I have the Texans winning the division. That's not to say the Colts suck cause I still see an 11 win season for them but the Texans, I believe, will rack up a regular season like the Titans did a couple years back. Schaub to Johnson is going to be ridiculous. Titans are a good team but this division had a lot of fire power now and I don't like their defense. Jaguars in the basement, there's nothing to like here.
AFC West
San Diego Chargers
Oakland Raiders
Kansas City Chiefs
Denver Broncos
If the Chargers DONT win this division, it's completely their own doing. Rest of hte division is subpar, all 3 teams could finish 5-11 or 6-10.
NFC East
Dallas Cowboys
New York Giants
Washington Redskins
Philadelphia Eagles
This is Tony Romo's year. I really like him to come out of his shell and put up career highs in every statistic. The defense should be enough to subdue the lack of offense in this division. I like the Giants to make the playoffs but Eli doesn't sell to me this year like Romo does. Kevin Kolb - overrated. Donovan McNabb - underappreciated. Enough said.
NFC North
Green Bay Packers
Minnesota Vikings
Chicago Bears
Detroit Lions
Aaron Rodgers officially takes over the division this season and for years to come. The old man comes back to miss the playoffs and in possibly the biggest news....the Lions win a road game AND a divisional game!
NFC South
Atlanta Falcons
New Orleans Saints
Carolina Panthers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Similar situation to the other southern division. I like the Saints to have a double digit win season but I like the Falcons to pick up 1 extra game and the division this season. It may not mean much come playoffs but Matt Ryan flies out of his sophomroe season with career highs.
NFC West
San Francisco 49ers
The rest
Also similar to the other western division. 49ers have no one to blame but themselves if they lose this division.
